Easy-to-use software that boosts customer engagement

I’d start by saying that it’s the best tool in the niche for its price. Furthermore, I love their customer support, the team is always friendly and open to answering any questions.
It seems like I’ve already tried each customer communication software out there, so you can trust my opinion! :)) Eventually, I chose HelpCrunch and I am so glad I did it. It’s so easy to set up and use.
You should know that I am not a techie at all! I work as a chief editor at the news agency, and it took me just two hours to install and set up HelpCrunch. So if you ask me, I would suggest HelpCrunch to anyone who wants to improve communication with customers.

Constant bugs with integrations. Nothing is working properly. Support responds in 2 days. I do not recommend

a superb tool for customer communication

HelpCruch has absolutely everything our team needs to automate communication with customers, catch leads and provide valuable information to users in the knowledge base. All the features are really easy to understand and use, with no problems at all. One of the features that we use a lot is a pop-up builder. You can select different styles, colors, content, you can even add a video to your popup. That's basically the main reason why working with HelpCrunch is a true pleasure.

Last but not least reason that makes you fall in love with HelpCrunch is their online support. As a customer communication tool, they definitely know their thing and assist users as if you are their friend, not just a random person!

We switched to HelpCrunch from HelpScout.

Endless spamming

After signing up for a demo account, they constantly continue to spam you endless regardless. If this is how they operate, concerned how they handle support.

I checked your case thoroughly and yes, there was a bug with the email unsubscribe functionality. Additionally, you might got x2 emails, because you registered 2 separate accounts in our system.

We can completely remove all your data from our database, for both of your accounts. Please let me know if we should do that for you.

The best live chat software I have ever used

Helpcrunch is a full-featured application. Despite having so many features it is easy to set up and even easier to use. it motivates the user to do more and provide the best customer experience. it has given us the best return on investment.

I particularly like auto messages, the option to send emails and the upcoming knowledge base feature.

Great Alternative to Intercom

HelpCrunch is a completely transparent company that has a great support team and well-built products (live chat, knowledge base, automated messages).

They have set pricing which isn't based on your active user count so you're going to save a lot of money per month in comparison to Intercom.

HelpCrunch is a best solution for our customer support.

We've looking from alternatives Intercom. We saw Helpscout and Crisp. HelpCrunch became a best solution for our customer support:
Helpcrunch became a 7 x cheaper solution for our customer support compared to Intercom.

They don't have a help desk yet. But I was told they will soon.
