Beautiful table and bench
Absolutely incredible experience purchasing this table from Hemming and willis their product is amazing quality and the delivery was quick.
I will definitely be purchasing some more pieces of furniture from Hemming and willis in the near future.

Amazing Product, Amazing Service

Reclaimed wood dining table…
Ordered the reclaimed wood dining table and it is beautiful. I'm incredibly happy with it and it was shipped very quickly and arrived on time with good tracking. The gentlemen who set it up were really lovely and professional. Absolutely no complaints and I'd highly recommend.

Beyond disappointed- faulty table
Beyond disappointed. Table delivered: the bench and table both wobbled- the delivery guys suggested putting ‘spacers’ under the bench (wrong advice). Table then developed yellow/orange marks on it. We hadn’t used the table (awaiting for it to be remedied). The company used us of making the marks on the table (we did not). Had a lot of back and forth with customer service and 2 visits- not all problems solved. Eventually gave up & asked for a refund. Exhausted with the number of mistakes, accusations and mis-communication. Perhaps one of the worst experiences- I lost the energy trying to get it fixed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your disappointment, as providing quality products and excellent customer service is very important to us.
We appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns you raised. Over the course of our interactions, we arranged multiple visits to resolve the issues with your table and bench. Several defects were rectified during this process; however, the remaining marks on the table did not appear to be a manufacturing defect. Such marks are typically caused by an external reaction, rather than just appearing over time.
Despite this, we did agree to rectify the issue for you on a site visit. There was some confusion on the driver's side regards this and it's something we can learn from. We did however offer to go above and beyond to fix this issue for you.
Regarding the table’s wobble after it was moved, we do not believe any adjustments made during the workshop visits would have impacted its stability. The most significant change appeared to be its relocation during the site visit.
We understand the frustration caused by this situation and apologise if any communication along the way added to your dissatisfaction. Despite the challenges, we were committed to working with you toward a resolution before the cancellation.
I have reached out to you via phone and email to discuss your concerns further. Unfortunately, I have not been able to make contact. I welcome you to get in touch if you would like to discuss your feedback in more detail and as mentioned in my last email to discuss a goodwill gesture as a way of an apology.
We are sincerely sorry for the experience you had and thank you for your feedback. Your input is valuable in helping us improve, and we wish you the best going forward.

Beautiful, well made table and chairs
I ordered the Kingston table and 8 chairs from Hemming and Willis on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday! Absolutely brilliant service.
I emailed asking to change the colour of the chairs, which was done without any issues.
We decided to build it ourselves, which was a simple, straightforward project.
Amazing quality table and chairs, exactly what we were looking for to finish off the dining room.
The delivery team were superb.

Excellent from start to finish
It's always a bit of a risk ordering a product on line but I'm so very pleased I chose Hemming & Wills. My new kitchen table and benches are perfect. From start to finish there was excellent communication with the company. The two guys who delivered and constructed them were efficient, really pleasant and had a good sense of humour which was needed with my young puppy dog 'helping'!
The credentials of the company are impressive and that matters a lot to anyone with an environmental conscience and wishes to support well-known and great charities.
To sum up: I highly recommend Hemming & Wills!

Absolutely delighted with my dining table, I’ve searched for a 300cm table and finally found what I was looking for at such a great price. Was kept in the loop regarding order and delivery date. Arrived on time, two drivers carried it into the house, set it up and gave us instructions on how to care for the table. Would highly recommended if your deciding 👌
