AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could give zero stars I would. This company is terrible do not buy anything from them.
I ordered a dress and some trousers. The quality was awful and nothing like the pictures advertising them. I contacted the company for a refund and was told that I would have to pay the return fee to a warehouse overseas that would cost a lot. After a lot of complaints and emails I was finally offered a refund of half the amount. I accepted the offer but it has never materialised. I have sent several emails since and have just been ignored. This company is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Good service

I ordered some clothes from this app. I hadn't heard anything for 2 weeks so I read some reviews, panicked and requested a refund. Much to my surprise I recieved an email pretty much straight away agreeing to my refund. And again surprisingly got the refund in my bank within a couple of days.

Avoid this company at all cost

Avoid this company at all cost. Absolutely rubbish quality, I bought three dresses, they came with the holes in the pockets, were very poorly sewn, threads were coming out of the hem. I contacted customer service for a refund but they refused and told me that it would cost me too much to send them back to their warehouse and either I keep them or give them to friends and relatives. The refused to refund my money. Very bad customer service. I'm extremely unhappy, I feel robbed. They are scammers and rogue traders.

Poor Quality and No Customer Support

I regret purchasing from Heneapp. The item I received was extremely overpriced for the poor quality I got. I was shocked by how cheaply made the material was, especially considering the high cost.
When I contacted them via email to request a return, I received no response at all. I followed up, but they completely ignored my messages. Their lack of customer service is unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Overall, my experience with Heneapp has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Update - Full refund given, I’m happy :)

I ordered by mistake 2 of the same item. I immediately contacted them cancel my order, within 1 hour of order.
I received an email from them saying they’ll ‘try’ to intercept it. Then another to say the items had left and were on their way to me.
I emailed back to say I’d return one set when I received the two sets.
Everytime after then I only received auto replies to my many emails saying someone will be in touch to resolve my issue.
No one did, until 2 weeks later I got an email to say my case is now closed.
No resolution, no return label, no refund.
I won’t order from them again or recommend to anyone. Very poor sevice.

Disappointing Customer Service After Attempting a Return

I had a decent experience initially with this company—the ordering process was smooth, and the items arrived on time. However, everything changed when I tried to return my order.

As soon as I reached out about a return, communication stopped completely. Emails have gone unanswered, and there’s been no follow-up or acknowledgment of my request. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored, especially when the return policy seemed straightforward on their website.

This kind of customer service is unacceptable. A company should stand behind its products and be responsive when customers need support—not just when they’re making a purchase. I’m disappointed and will not be shopping here again.

Poor Company!

Placed an order at the beginning of May. Sent several emails requesting an order update.Nothing!
So annoyed and will NEVER use this company again.

buyer deception, order not delivered.

I made an order on 05/21/2025 but did not receive it. They do not return the money, the letters are answered by an automatic machine that says that it will contact you within 24 hours, but for two weeks there has been no answer and it is impossible to reach them! Be careful, I have concluded that these are scammers!!!

Horrendous customer service with no response

I ordered a dress from this company. Took a few weeks to come. No issue with that but when it arrived it was far too big & need a refund or exchange.
No information to refund on their website no returns leaflet.
I found just a customer service email
Emailed them 5 times. I got a reply saying that they will get back to me within 24 hours.
No such thing.
Terrible customer services with No communication. I would not buy from this company !! Be aware !!
