I couldn’t be happier with my barrel outdoor sauna—it has completely transformed both my garden and my daily routine. From the moment it was installed, the quality was immediately evident. The craftsmanship is outstanding, with beautifully finished wood, a solid structure, and thoughtful design details that make it feel both luxurious and visually striking.

Visually, the sauna is a stunning addition. The curved barrel shape adds real character to my garden and manages to look equally inviting all year round.

It’s not just a sauna; it’s a true focal point that has elevated my entire outdoor space. It also performs brilliantly, heating up quickly (in around 45 minutes) and distributes warmth evenly inside.

In practical terms, the sauna has proven to be a fantastic investment. Running costs have been very reasonable, working out at approximately £3 per session, with minimal impact on my overall electricity bill.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Heracles to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space and create a personal retreat at home. A special thanks goes to Abdullan Yaqoob for his exceptional support from start to finish—nothing was ever too much trouble. He patiently answered all my questions and even arranged for me to visit a previously installed sauna, which was incredibly helpful in making my decision.

Finally, I’d like to thank the installation team, who worked tirelessly—even in the snow—to have the sauna fully assembled in just seven hours. Their dedication and professionalism were truly impressive.

We had several telephone conversations before ordering our sauna to ask questions and the process was clearly explained to us .The sauna was delivered the day the construction team was booked and all went smoothly.The team was very friendly , efficient and did a great job ! They left our garden very tidy after their work ! The only small initial downside was that the bucket ,ladle and thermometer were not in the kit - but after contacting Keith he arranged a delivery to us without delay.The need for an electrician was made very clear to us and even an instruction booklet included for how the wiring up needs to be done.Thank you to Keith ,Abdul and the construction team for such a great service 😃 The sauna is such good quality- and great fun too.

I ordered my sauna from Heracles Wellness on Sunday 15th February and was lucky that the exact model I wanted was in stock. Communication before purchase via WhatsApp was flawless—clear, fast, and reassuring.
After placing the order, the experience got even better. The sauna was delivered just three days later on the 18th of February. This was a huge relief as I had previously ordered a sauna from a different company back in October, was promised a four‑week delivery, and I’m still waiting with nothing but excuses—so my confidence was low.
The sauna arrived well protected, with everything included and clear instructions. I chose to build it myself and had a couple of alignment questions along the way—each time I got immediate, helpful responses. The quality of the kit is excellent and a real joy to work with.
Almost finished with the build now—another update to follow once completed. Highly recommended.

UPDATE
Finished the built and everything works as it should do. The sauna looks absolutely stunning and works perfectly getting up to 100 Degrees within 45 minutes with a 6kw heater. I am more than happy with the entire process. Especially when I had question regarding the built and the electrical installation, the guys were on there What's App immediately and did everything in there power to solve the issues/questions I had. The service and quality is out of this world. Thank you to everyone !

I could not be happier with my Camilla sauna from Heracles.
I had been researching for quite some time until I found Heracles and placed my order largely based on the fantastic reviews.
But the true test of a business is when things go wrong - as they did for me, with the installation by a 3rd party contractor.
Keith monitored the whole process and not only alerted me to the issues before I had chance to complain but stepped in with his team to make sure the job was completed without compromise to both his standards or my total satisfaction.
Pavel and his highly experienced, knowledgable & efficient team left no stone unturned in ensuring this.
Electrics (already installed) were connected as they left and I was in the sauna, something like 10 hours after they arrived - fantastic.

Great communications, very fast to respond. I purchased their two person sauna which was delivered quickly and was easy to assemble for any diy'er. All components are of good quality, highly recommended

Dont buy a sauna from this company. They will install it then you are expected to find an electrician that has sauna knowledge to wire the whole thing up. This is not made clear WHATSOEVER at point of sale. All they tell you is you just need an electrician to CONNECT it. We expected this to be the same as our hot tub and our swimming pool which was a simple connection that any local electrician can do. 3 weeks later I have no idea if the sauna is any good as no-one local will wire it up. Ruined my Christmas as we were expecting to be able to use it for parties around this time and new year. Avoid this company at all costs. Owner incredibly patronising on the phone when asked where the lights are supposed to go. ("Didnt you look at the pictures when you bought it") They dont even cut in the spotlights just give you them in boxes and expect you to cut holes yourself! If I could return it I would and get it from a proper company who gives their clients the full service. Avoid.

I am truly so impressed with not only the product, the speed, and the quality, but there aren't many companies that truly deliver excellent customer services - and these definitely do. Not that I plan to buy another Sauna, but if I did, there would be no hesitation.

The delivery of the sauna was made on time and the driver put it exactly in the place requested. Similarly, the installation team arrived on time and completed the work by mid-afternoon. Everybody involved was courteous and more than willing to provide all the information that we required. Our electrician was able to wire the heating and lighting without difficulty and we now are enjoying the sauna. The choice of model was determined by space available and, although compact, there is more than enough room to fit two people comfortably.

I recently purchased the Saunasell Black Cube Premium from Heracles Wellness and have been very impressed. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, and the sauna itself is absolutely stellar.

What stood out:

The customer service was excellent...questions answered clearly, no hidden costs. Delivery and installation were prompt and professional. The team made sure everything was in place. The build quality is superb. The black tempered glass looks amazing, the wood is high quality, and everything feels solid and well-finished.

Heating performance is perfect and powerful (9 kW), and the stones retain heat nicely. The optional features (WiFi control / LED lighting) make a big difference in usability.

Aesthetic and design are beautiful, the sauna is a show-piece in the garden, and the look is very modern and calming.

Minor notes:

The electrical wiring required more preparation than I initially thought because of the layout for our house, so I'd recommend speaking to an electrician to get an idea of cost for budgeting purposes as recommended by the Heracles team - who were amazing and contactable at every step.

All in all, I’m delighted with my investment. Heracles Wellness offers top-tier products and service. Highly recommended if you want something beautiful, powerful, and made to last!

After researching for 1 full year and going through possibly every sauna company in the UK, I stumbled upon Keith, Brian, and Abdullah. What an all star team, all the way through to their installation team. Not only were they kind and infinitely patient in the pre-purchase phase but this same professionalism continues even after completion. Every single other suana company lost me as a customer becuase I had many questions and ultimately they just decided I wasn't worth the time, but every one at Heracles Wellness actively made time and valued my custom. When other companies dodged questions about manufacturing details and certification of quality Heracles response was one of respect towards diligence. This was my personal #1 reason for buying from them. However, I will tell you 3 other objective things they exceed at: price point, balance of quality where it matters, and turn around time. So if you're anxious about having to wait months, or get a product that won't last, or get overcharged then look no further, you've found the best in the biz. They have a customer-centric business model. They have smart incentives and even a scheme where you can go see previous buyer's suanas. They don't cut corners or pinch pennies. They want you the customer to feel satisfied and this feels genuine from start to finish. Just give them a call and you'll see what I'm talking about. If there's one thing you don't want buyer's remorse about its a sauna.
