I do not particularly like to leave comments but I was so impressed that I have to do it. By mistake I ordered a double amount and I could not find a telephone number to call. So, I emailed hoping for the best. To my pleasant surprise, the reply came fast, the order was corrected and credited. After that all steps were perfectly and timely communicated. An amazing experience. Thank you!

I wish I had read all of the reviews before ordering. They fail to provide a tracking number and when you ask for one, you’ll get an automated message saying the order is “unfulfilled”. I then asked to cancel my order and was told they could not cancel it. Since so many folk are having the same trouble, I will be contacting the Ohio attorney generals office to file a complaint .

I purchased a few products twice and both times I received my order right away. Today I made a mistake and purchased a digital book twice and they answered me right away and refunded my mistake without any problem. So thankful.
I will be purchasing more items in the future.

They were very prompt with delivery no delays and arrived sooner than I expected. I was delighted with the merchandise I received. The capping machines are prcision made and makes a former very labor intensive job very manageable.

This Saturday morning I emailed Herb Affair right after ordering that I had forgotten to apply my discount code. Less than 10 minutes later I received an email that Herb Affair had fixed the problem and I'd receive a refund for the difference. Good evidence that Herb Affair aims to serve its customers! Still waiting on order two weeks later... Had to reach out about delay as the only communications I received were more offers to buy stuff... That might or might not ship. Not impressed. Would not recommend. Follow up has been lackluster at best.

My interactions with Herb Affair customer support could not have been better. They got my order shipped within hours, and promptly supported me to get a refund for a discount code I forgot to enter.

I can not wait to get my capsule filler, and feel great about continuing to purchase items from them! I spoke to a friend who works at a hydroponic store who uses his capsule machine from Herb Affair regularly, and he said it is the absolute best, after searching and trying many options.

The product is great! Learning to use was a bit of a learning curve for me but I finally got it down pat! The company has also shown that they are very receptive to their customers with super fast shipping and quick responses to inquiries.

The Capsule-It Machine works great! It sped up my supplement making process tremendously. I had 400 capsules made and everything cleaned up in about 1 hour. That was the first time using it too. I had to stop because I ran out of supplements. 10/10 would recommend.
