Mostly quality, got one rubbish batch of SD... but my issue is the reliability, or lack thereof. Sometimes you just wait and wait and wait, checking the post every day and you really want to chill, but you can't, cuz your shipment hasn't arrived.

I've had enough now. I won't deal with HTR again. They don't reply to email, don't answer whatsapp calls...

If you haven't tried the vape's yet I would highly recommend giving them a go. Both the US brands, Dabwoods + Cookies are very powerful + taste great, u might need to charge before use as they may have been packaged for a while. The Canadians don't mess around though, Jeeter Juice live resin vapes are the absolute bomb, only downside is the jeeter is not as durable as the others due to the glass, all 3 quality products though.

Been visiting this shop for a number of years. Not the best packaging but the quality is top notch. By far the most important thing imo. Competitive prices. Quick delivery. Very reliable. Highly recommended.

If any of the 1 star reviews on here are stopping you buying from HTR, I give you this.
I can almost guarantee, that at some point during the transaction, that customer was behaving like a c*nt. I've had a better service from HTR over the last year than I've had from any local outlet. Credit where it's due, these guys are the absolute b*llocks btw 👌👌

I have been a very happy HTR customer for a few years now, they have always fulfilled my orders and I have found them easy to communicate with and always working to help the customer, I am loyal to them for a reason, I always appreciate what they do and the risks they take, I couldn't recommend any higher the quality of items. Had an error with a recent order so emailed them and they swiftly sent out a replacement with minimum fuss. No complaints from me and i'd order again.

These people are criminals. The item I purchased never arrived. When I requested a refund, not only did they refuse to refund me, they were incredible abusive in their emails, calling me every name under the sun and warning me about taking things further. They also accidentally sent me an email thread meant for another poor unfortunate customer who had raised a query about a damaged item he had received and he was treated to the same abuse! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Been using these guys for months now products are always of a good quality and they answered any of my queries I may of had.Today Wednesday I received a order that wasn't supposed to be delivered till tomorrow using the next day delivery option! Huge thanks guys. Darren S

Paid in good faith but nothing recieved after 10 days. No response to emails either !

Yes,,it's another scam site,yes they send you product but it's not THC...it's CBD crap..

So order a few times some arrived on time some took over 10 days to arrive but the products were very good.

Terrible business. Over a week late and sent CBD total rip off and don't ask any questions cos u just get attitude as if your wrong for asking anything. STAY CLEAR!

Great company. I have used them for over 2 years and they have never let me down.

I suffer with insomnia due to a medical condition. I’ve tried prescription medications that have made me feel like a zombie, and irritable. I’ve tried over the counter medications that have never worked, and I’ve tried herbal remedies, which again didn’t work, though they were good for laxatives.
I’ve wanted to try cannabis oil for a while but have been hesitant due to many websites being a con, been caught out previously. However something felt right about this site and a little research gave me the confidence to try it. A small amount was ordered and within 48hrs BANG my order was delivered through the door. Finally I was confident enough to order the 100mg high strength capsules.
After the first dose I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t help me get some much needed sleep, but I persevered. On the second dose I found myself actually feeling tired, I went to bed and dozed off for three hours, which for me was something new. When I woke I was tempted to take another dose but decided to stick to the recommended dosage of one a day. I took them roughly an hour before I wanted to go to bed. On the third dose I slept for five hours and woke up feeling refreshed, something I haven’t experienced for a long, long time. From then on I slept on average between 6-8 hrs, and felt like a different person.
I was however getting a little apprehensive when the capsules were running low. Could i afford to keep getting them? However I did run out but my sleep pattern stayed the same to my surprise. I was now on my third week without the capsules but still sleeping well.
I am however going to order some more as I’m noticing my sleep pattern is changing again and I think my body needs a top up of the good stuff. But it’s reassuring to know they actually work and for me personally it’s good to know that I don’t need to take them continuously which is also good for the bank account.
I would highly recommend trying these out, you’ll never know unless you try them, and be assured that the guys who run this are trustworthy. Unlike other sites that require payment through bitcoin, these guys give you payment options. I prefer bank transfer and have had no problems whatsoever. I’ve ordered several other products from them, with again ZERO problems. They’re helpful and well informed on the products they sell.
