Herbaluxy Avis 4

I ordered the limetow eye cream with shipping protection Dec 2024. I never received it. They tracking number showed it made it to LA and just stopped moving. They would not respond to my emails. I had to go through my PayPal resolution department to get a response.

I ordered an under eye tightening cream from Herbaluxy. The first thing they did was double my order and charge my credit for the extra cost without my authorization. I decided not to argue over it because I could give the extra as gifts.

Then, when the product arrived it was not what I ordered. A similar but different brand that had poor reviews and was not effective. I e-mailed Herbaluxy with proof of what I ordered and what I received. I asked that they either refund my credit card or send the correct product. I even offered to return the incorrect product I received at my own expense. They replied saying that "the item received was correct as per your order" - even though that is an absolute falsehood. Then closed my case. I spent over $50 for a product that I will not be using. Nothing but a scam.

I ordered the Lime tow eye firming cream 5 weeks ago.
It actually reached australia and their tracking advice said it was trying to be delivered in another city and state. I advised them but they assured me I needed to deal with the freight company here in Aust. - which I did and who advised me they were sending it to the correct address in my state...Then I am told its been returned to sender. Then the "Sender" they told me they would advise me when they reship it...that was 2 weeks ago and nothing. No response to my emails.
Looks like they are indeed Lying Scammers - avoid at all costs.

I recently placed an order for the Limetow TM instant eye cream from Herbaluxy. However, upon receiving the package, I was dismayed to find that I had been sent a different product, the Celyn Instant Firm Eye.

The product I received is significantly different from what was advertised on Herbaluxy's website. Not only is the Celyn Instant Firm Eye Cream priced at a fraction of the cost of the Limetow TM eye cream on several plateforms, but it also has very poor ratings and reviews on platforms such as Amazon.

As a customer, I would never knowingly purchase this product. This discrepancy amounts to false advertising and online product misrepresentation, which is unacceptable.

I've reached out to them, and they won't send me the item I paid for.
