Great customer service
The poster caught my eye on an Instagram post and I knew it would make a perfect present for my daughter. Ordering was easy. Unfortunately the delivery of the poster coincided with the Royal Mail strike. I contacted Heres the Thing with my concerns it wasn’t going to be delivered in time who replied promptly. They resent out another poster which arrived in time for Christmas. Most impressed with the customer service. I would definitely recommend this business to friends and family.

Unfortunately, the Royal Mail strikes were making the arrival of any orders late or non- existent, which was out of ‘Here’s the Thing Art’s’ hands. However, they kept in touch and re-sent my order which I did get in time for Christmas. The actual print is great quality, I’m really pleased.

Amazing customer service
I have used this company a couple of times now and can't fault them. Items always dispatched quickly. This last time my order did not arrive, but due to no fault of theirs. It has been lost/stuck in all the strike disruption. Their communication has been brilliant and I received a refund straight away. Top class, speedy customer service so I will definitely buy from them again.
