I went on a trip organized by Her Freedom Abroad and had no idea what I had signed up for. I thought I was just going to relax in Thailand for a week and some days. What I realized by about the middle of the trip is that I was experiencing a life shift. I of course relaxed but I also developed a a new sense of self, by immersing into the deep cellular level relaxation that comes with no responsibility or thought going into what I am doing for the day. I even went back home with new ideas on how I’m going to take a step back from my over demanding career.
