Purchased truck front drivers door panel for pickup. they sent the wrong one. requested return. day later they declined. this was on e bay. they did not even call to say what their reason was. close to $300.00 down the drain. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS

The first request truly flabbergasted…

The first request truly flabbergasted me since they generally refreshed me by email. Its items and administrations are mind boggling and truly reasonable, yet its site's movement isn't any better. I will give you a proposal.

I ordered 4 tiny items to be shipped to…

I ordered 4 tiny items to be shipped to me and was charged $9.99 each to ship. They all were in one insulated 8x10 manila envelope they could not possibly cost that much when they are all in the same packaged.
Nice way to rip a company off!!!!

Good service poor delivery

Part was a Perfect fit. Shipping was 2 days later then what I paid extra for though. I should receive a credit for my two day shipping fee I paid for. I was not happy that I paid the extra to get it here faster than my tenant had to go without heat for an additional two days.

Since Heritage was bought out or taken…

Since Heritage was bought out or taken over by this new company I can say the following. The service has dropped to near nothing. One order of Killion filters and housings took me over three months to receive. Orders were lost , shipped out as partial shipments which were never received. Now just trying to get a credit invoice emailed to me took hours and would not have happened if I had not called back in a second time . Extremely poor service !

$25 in shipping for 5 gaskets??? UPDATED

I bought 5 gaskets for $25, no problem. They charged me $25 as their cheapest option to ship them. It was less than 1/3 of an ounce in weight and the packaging weighed more than the items! This was ridiculous in my opinion. I was over a barrel bc this was the only place that had them in stock and I needed heat.

UPDATE 11/25/2020

After my negative review I got a message from TrustPilot that someone from the Heritage Parts was going to contact me about my negative experience. I was told it was within 2 days and that was on 11/6/2020. It is now almost 3 weeks later and no contact. I at first felt relieved that they actually care about their customer service and might want to rectify their high shipping charges. Now I am even more frustrated so I updated my review to be 1 Star. Wish I could go to 0.
