My 16 year old son had an account with…
My 16 year old son had an account with heritage south. He started his first job at a local family restaurant ans his paycheck bounced. He had the amount withdrawn and heritage south proceeded to charge my son TWO nsf fees because the the check bounced. I asked them to fix it due to it not being his fault and him also being 16 years old, they refused so I closed their accounts. I have never seen a bank so quick to take a child's money.

I filled out an application on line for an auto loan on a Monday morning and by Friday I hadn’t heard anything so I called the lady at first said she couldn’t find it and then said she did.. so I canceled the application.

I have never been able to get anything…
I have never been able to get anything done. I tried to setup direct deposits from my paycheck into my account to build retirement. Couldn't do it. Then I got fed up and wanted to just close my account and withdraw my funds. Couldn't do it. Not sure what use this account actually holds...Now I just tried to write this review for issues I have had over the years, and it says I can't unless I make the date within 12 months. So I did.

Pleased report
I have been banking with Heritage since it was EPCO and have never had any issues. The employees are all extra friendly and take care of any needs that I have in a timely manner. I always enjoy our breakfast each year. Very informative and a lot of fun, food and fellowship.
