From the initial visit and throughout the 2 days, the job was scheduled to take place, Charlotte and her team, certainly merited the 5 star reviews given by their previous customers.
The work carried out at my home in Oxford was done to an extremely high standard and they have left everything clean and tidy.
They were polite, courteous, and very genuine - I would highly recommend to anyone needing their timber preserved or any rot looking into. Thanks again!

Massively recommended this tailored and bespoke service. I live in Suffolk and found the company to be extremely accommodating and helpful. They were able to transform my beams from looking exhausted and dull into a beautiful and characterful feature of my home that I am very proud of.

So impressed with this service!
I live in a cottage in Chelmsford and lockdown made me notice my beams were looking very damaged and almost rotted. I was recommended this treatment service by a friend, and I can definitely say I would recommend myself! To all those suffering from damaged beams in need of treating do not hesitate to call Heritage. The lady who came to my home, Charlotte, couldn’t have been lovelier and catered to my needs any more, turns out I had woodworm in my beams!! Charlotte completed the job within a day and now my beams are looking good as new! Thank you so much.
