Herne Bay Domestics is an independent, family-run business which was established on the Herne Bay high street in 1984. Our reputation is built upon a combination of high-level customer service and care, and the ability to provide a large stock of domestic appliances at extremely competitive prices, as a result of close relationships with major manufacturers and being part of Euronics. We therefore believe that we have found the right balance between being able to care for the needs of every individual customer, whilst still often being able to offer the same products and prices as the biggest retailers in this field. Our team of delivery drivers and engineers are able to install every product we sell, as well as being able to demonstrate to customers how their new appliance works, and answering any queries on this matter. Meanwhile, our sales team are immediately on hand to fix any subsequent issues, as opposed to having to go through call centres and long queues. The one phone call to make when needing a new appliance in East Kent
Needing a replacement washing machine as my AEG integrated.model had finally died after 25 years hard use, I simply called Herne Bay.domestics and asked Nick to recommend a suitable replacement. He recommended Bosch, quoted a fair price, and my new.machine has been carefully delivered, expertly installed, and the old machine taken away, all just a couple of days after placing my.order.
You just can't get better service, or easier shopping than this.

Dave and Steve delivered my beautiful new washing machine yesterday, they were on time, and certainly went above and beyond!! They removed the old one, and had the new one installed, attached the cabinet door and actually straightened up the other doors in no time at all!! So impressive!! Would certainly recommend them!!

Absolutely superb. Bought a tumble dryer: arranged next day delivery at time slot that worked for me. Dryer delivered correctly on time with care.
Herne Bay Domestics (HBD) team then sorted out an issue I had with Siemens over an advertised 5 yr. warranty: despite Siemens saying it was only 2 years and there was nothing they could do, HBD sorted it out directly with them and I received a 5yr warranty through from Siemens straight away.
Fantastic service from HBD, from order through to deliver, and customer care!

New washing machine
Jason and Paul delivered our new washing machine. They are both very polite and friendly and professional. If only ALL companies were as good at customer service as Herne Bay Domestics! They are such nice people, and so straightforward and easy to deal with. I needed a new tumble dryer and I called them up, got excellent advice and they delivered and installed a new one within 24 hours, with no fuss. The guys who delivered and installed the machine were so helpful. This is, I think, the third time I have bought a kitchen appliance from them and I would never go anywhere else. 100% recommended!

This is my second purchase from HBD
This is my second purchase from HBD, I remain very impressed!
Ordering was easy, prices were competitive and delivery on time.
The men delivering were both friendly and one of them took time to explain basically where things were and how it worked, I had gone from a vented to condenser dryer. The machine was then tested to ensure it was working, all took about 15 minutes.
Very happy with the service HBD provides from, Nick who advised next day text time for delivery and if I had any questions to the men who delivered my dryer. Well done!👏

Amazing service
After a very disappointing failure on my Rangemaster cooker which was only just out of warranty I called Herne Bay Electrics to repair it. They went above and beyond to not only fix the appliance but also attempted to help with getting Rangemaster to supply the parts at no cost. Sadly Rangemaster did not apply the same level of customer care and refused to help at all. Leo at Herne bay reduced the charges significantly for me by doing the second part of the repair at cost. I cannot thank them enough good old fashioned customer service- so refreshing highly recommend!!!
