Received my items since November 2024 and has refused to deliver, this is March 10th and I have not received a pin in Nigeria. I paid 2.4mill for air shipping and at the end they are as slow as ever. Avoid this company at all cost.

They are the worst thing to happen to business, the worst decision ever, it has been almost 5 months now for packages that should have taken at least a week to arrive. My business has been terribly and drastically affected. Go for Heroshe and become the Hero of Shits

I would give 0 star if there's anything like that. My items arrived at their warehouse since November. it's March and I don't even know when it will be shipped.

Horrible experience, delayed shipping for over 2 months while giving unbelievable excuses. When they decided to ship out the packages, a process that usually takes 6-7 days it took more than a month and there was no transparency as to the real reason this delay occurred. The company is more of a scam than anything.

My item has been with them since 2024 Dec. This is Feb 12, and it's not moved past processing. They sent an email that their services were back to normal, and shipments would be dropped off by the 4th. Is this one of their many lies? Yes. Till now, nothing has been fixed and because of their blatant dishonesty, I'd recommend that you NEVER use them. Zero transparency

Shipped item to them since November. Yet to be forwarded to Nigeria in February 2025. I am in the process of reporting them to the police.

You'll be getting your hands burnt here! They charged me thrice, failed to refund the two extras, and haven't even shipped my item two months later!

Absolutely a very worst shipping company.
I and a friend had our goods sent to their warehouse since October and it’s December, my friend already passed away and still haven’t gotten my package.

The absolute worst!!! Shipment backlog of over 2 months. If you don't believe me, you can search Twitter, if I had known i would not be in this current predicament . Terrible service!!!

Oh, so you want to ship to Nigeria? Good luck with that! Tried it before—total disaster, but maybe they’ve improved. Spoiler: NOT! Two weeks after delivery, items magically appear on the dashboard, you pay, and then... radio silence. Guess they’re either asleep or my package just floated into the ether, part of some elaborate scam. Customer service? Nonexistent. Transparency? Ha! They have zero clue about running a service business. Fundamentals? Apparently, nobody’s bothered to explain them. Safe to say, we’re switching to a real shipping service next time.

Only use this service if you want your shipments to be delayed for days/weeks. When you finally get a mail that your order has arrived, the staff rather than admitting an error that made the mail get sent prematurely call you a fool and are so rude and flippant in their response.

The delivery was prompt. I also love the fact that you can track everything on them portal

Well 5 start experience for me cause I started using heroshe 2 months ago and so far my experience with them has been i ship with them weekly, though i think the shipment time for other states takes a little bit too long

If you’re not buying from big names like Amazon and the likes just know your item is as good as gone once you pay for shipment no matter how much you paid.
