just love this app and the quality of products it offers

Very poor customer service line, long wait times for a response, and ultimately no response at all. High shipping costs; when purchasing two of the same products, the shipping cost doubles. Wholesale prices are quite high, resulting in a small margin.

Hertwill has been a pleasant experience so far.
Customer support is responsive and helpful, the app is easy to install, pricing feels reasonable, and there’s a good range of quality products from European brands. The only downside is that shipping can be a bit expensive for some markets/products — but it’s understandable. Overall, I do recommend this app.

They have a good variety of products. Products are of good quality and usually in stock as well. I would like to bring out their customer service - professional guys who are always willing to help you when you struggle with CMS.

Hertwill's team has been super helpful by offering personalized support, constantly just shooting out new ideas, concepts and also asking feedback. Whenever there's a question or an issue, they've never left us hanging dry.

Their product range is unique and very reasonably priced. Once you've synced up your products, you're good to go. Most products are being shipped super fast. However, you have to keep in mind that there are a few brands whose products are handmade to order, but definitely worth the wait for a knowledgeable customers who appreciates what the brands have to offer.

Of course, there's room for improvement, such as extra features with their Shopify integration, more shipping options, a wider product range etc. However, as far as we can see, Hertwill is relentlessly working on all of that which shows that they definitely value the feedback of their partners.

Been with Hertwill for over a year now. Good quality products, easy fulfillment process, fast delivery, easy to handle operations wise with Woocommerce, great customer support and human touch in all of our interactions.. additional extra points for producing and making great marketing materials that we can use. Overall great partner - very happy with our collab.

Just wanted to say thanks and leave a review! Couldn't be any easier to add new products that actually sell and sync them with my Woocommerce store. Recently they just shared a bunch of original marketing photos as well and on top of that they take care of all the logistics with the order shippings. All in all, very happy with choosing them as a partner and they really simplify owning an e-commerce store. 5 stars in my books
