We are extremely sorry to hear about the difficulties you have described and the distress this situation caused you, particularly given the circumstances you have outlined. This is certainly not the experience we would want anyone to have, and we take matters like this very seriously.
As we operate across 11 UK depots and hire machinery to a wide range of customers, we would need some further information in order to investigate this fully. When our machines are hired, they are often operated by our customers’ own operators as we provide the machinery only. It is therefore possible that the individuals involved were not directly our staff.
That being said, we do not condone this type of behaviour under any circumstances, regardless of who was operating the equipment. We would like to look into this as a matter of urgency. If you are able to provide any further details such as the fleet numbers of the machines involved (located next to the QR code on the sticker), a description of the operators, or any additional information you may have, it would greatly assist our investigation.
