We had a very positive experience with the solicitors, who were professional throughout the entire process. Amy and Sam were always available whenever needed and made the buying process much easier. It felt like they really knew what they were doing, which gave us a lot of confidence from start to finish.

unqualified assistants working “on behalf of”
Seemed to work through an unqualified assistant “on behalf of” an actual solicitor. Didn’t sent to have any sense of haste, or any consideration for neurodivergence when sending 16 different documents without explaining what they were or which ones they needed back. Insisted on my techno-phobic grandparents using an App to verify their identity and upload all their person information to, and then insisted that I sent certain things by post, and couldn’t e-sign. Like… Pick a lane! Poor service. Poor efficiency. Stuck in their ways.

Daria and Emilia have been amazing from start to finish. They always communicated information or responded promptly throughout and explained everything clearly.
My purchase itself was incredibly stressful and has taken much longer than expected due to issues in the chain, but through no fault of theirs at all. I could not fault their communication, reassurance, and above all empathy support. It was comforting to feel like I had people in my corner who understood and wanted to help.

Reliable legal service, though more proactivity would have helped.
I have used this firm before with good success (albeit a different solicitor), so I knew the legal work would be handled thoroughly and professionally. This recent purchase for was completed safely, but the process felt much slower than anticipated for a vacant, cash-buy transaction.
While I understand that many of the delays often stemmed from the other side, the first month was quite static while waiting for contract papers, and I felt I had to lead the chasing to get things moving. I would have appreciated more frequent updates and a bit more 'push' early on to match our desire for a quick completion. Overall, the job was done properly, but a more proactive approach to communication would have made the 15-week process much smoother.
