I don't like their service and website managment.
I didn't like the service they are providing, their service isn't up to date and their server are half of the time down. I am getting issues, staff has very poor coordination, their management and payment system isn't valid. I just disagree with anyone going with this Minecraft Hosting Service even after having expensive plans their service isn't good enough.

We are really sorry for the slow support, but due to the promotions done on youtube and the high demand of tickets opened for servers, we aren't able to give support.
We have 10 staff and all the staffs are appointed to just give support to the people.
