I’ve been using Hexclad pan almost every single day for the past 3 years, and it has truly been one of the best kitchen purchases I’ve made. The performance, heat distribution, and overall quality have been consistently excellent.
Recently, I noticed that the top layer started to erode, which was a bit disappointing at first. However, what really impressed me was the brand’s commitment to their lifetime warranty. The replacement process was incredibly smooth, and I am about to receive a new pan almost immediately without any hassle.Our Customer Representative Jericho P handled our request extremely well.
This level of customer service speaks volumes about the Hexclad brand’s confidence in their product and their dedication to customers. Even after years of heavy use, they stood by their promise.
Overall, I’m extremely impressed — both with the durability of the product and the support provided. It’s definitely worth the price, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

I had a warranty claim on one of my Hexclad pans. The process for submitting the claim was super easy. But I was skeptical of whether or not they would actually reach out to me and replace the pan. I was very pleasantly surprised when Jericho from the customer support team emailed me the next day. After emailing them back, a new pan was on its way to me - no issues, no fuss, and I didn’t have to do anything.

I’m writing to share my recent experience
Shortly after placing the order, I requested a cancellation, but was informed that it could not be stopped—even though, at the time, the shipment had not yet been handed over to the carrier. This led to a frustrating back-and-forth where I was asked to either refuse delivery or process a return, with uncertainty around potential fees.
While I do appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved by a supervisor—who arranged a return to sender and issued a full refund—the overall process felt unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. It should not take multiple escalations for a straightforward cancellation request, especially when the order had not yet shipped.
This experience has unfortunately impacted my confidence in your customer service. I was genuinely planning to purchase this set through another channel, but after going through this situation, I no longer feel comfortable doing so.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your order cancellation process to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

After owning my Hexclad for a few years I noticed a little chip in the nonstick material. I was able to register my purchase and put in a warranty claim easily on line. Within a few days I was told by the agent, Jericho, that my new pot will be shipped soon.

My husband purchased the black collection as a gift for christmas. There were so many new pots and pans with amazing large sizes for my needs. I made sure to season them per the instructions. After a few uses, the griddle pans non stick coating was decent, however it made my over easy eggs stick. I called in to use the warranty, and Jericho helped me get a replacement, even though their warranty department didn't find any defects in the photos. The new pan slides the eggs perfectly! I highly recommend this company for the quality of the pots and pans, and the customer service! We purchased 2 more today because of the excellent service we recieved, bringing our set to 15!

I’m so pleased! A pot and pan that I use religiously were wearing down hardcore after a couple years and I made a claim hoping they could do something for me but not expecting them to replace my pot and my pan at no cost! Jericho was extremely helpful and friendly and made it so easy! I loved this brand of cookware before but after such a great customer experience i love them even more! This is how a business SHOULD treat their customers! I’m greatly appreciative. Thank you hexclad for standing behind your products and thank you Jericho for the great customer service! He sent an email to hexclad regarding his disappointment. But they don’t make it easy to get money back. They wanred to know serial numbers & order number etc even though they have his email & could probably quite easily find this information out for themselves! I have a photo to add if possible

Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns. We want to clarify one important point: our roasting racks are not hand painted. They are manufactured with a heat-safe, food-contact coating specifically designed for oven use. There is no hand-applied paint involved in the production process.
We understand how concerning it must have been to see material on the rack and worry about it transferring to food. That’s absolutely not something we take lightly. The coating used on our racks is designed to withstand normal roasting temperatures, but if you experienced softening or flaking, we want that reviewed carefully.
We can confirm that we have received the photos you submitted through the customer link, and our team has reviewed them. Your case has been escalated internally for further evaluation to ensure it is properly assessed.
