All of us have been waiting months, and customer service won't do anything about it. They just keep telling us to kyc, but they don't even process it.

There's no point playing here as you will not win anything, because even if you win, they won't pay you.

Do not give them any money. I will update if they do ever pay out... but at this point it seems unlikely at all.

The customer service doesn't answer anymore.

Their customer service will answer you if it's about a deposit, but withdrawl.. they'll start avoiding your messages, telling you they require documents, and replying once in a blue moon and never hold conversation to clear up issues.

This site is 100% a scam. They do not intend on paying you if you win. I've waited over a week for them to verify the documents I've used for any other casino with no problem. They won't even respond anymore. Uou can get them to respond if you say you're having trouble depositing. But they still won't help with your withdrawl.

I've been waiting well over a week with no progress. They just keep canceling my withdrawl after about 2 days waiting, with no correspondence as to why.

So, beware. Do not give them any money.

Update March 11: they sent an email requesting documents again, that I already sent to them a week ago.

Every site I've used accepted these same documents without hassle, so if they find a reason to refuse I know It would be in bad faith.

They're Still not replying to any of my messages, and they requested to know my email account number on trustpilot so they can associate my post here to my account.

I will inform you people what happens from here.

I left review February 16th and updated it four days later. They wrote that I ‚could complete’ KYC and they are waiting for documents for completing KYC. I wrote them after that and since then (almost 3 weeks) nobody even read my message. I wrote to their ‚team’ numerous messages and even sent them an e-mail. Complete silence.

Yeah, ‚complete KYC’. That is what I read since September 2023. Good joke.

I do not recommend. I wait for over 26 000$ to be withdrawn.
