I have to admit I was extremely sceptical about buying a car online and terrified of parting with a large sum of money by bank transfer but I didn’t need to be!
From finding the car I wanted, through the purchase, Diogo was extremely helpful and very responsible to any questions I had. I also had direct contact with Lookers Gateshead during the purchase.
My car was driven down from Gateshead to Esssx for me and the guy that brought it down for Heycar was very respectful of what was now my property.
I would recommend them from the very positive experience that I had with them. Thank you - I love my new wheels!

Bought two and half month ago Peugeot 508 with 60k mileage. On our journey to Germany car had a breakdown. After visit in garage they said me car wasn’t serviced properly, lots of parts like filters didn’t were changed. Engine was working for long time only on few cylinders. Having proof from garage on invoice, and they refused to help me with this situation. Now I was left with car which can’t be fixed because of the damage. Finance to pay. Cost of all situation are bigger than you can imagine.
If you don’t want to have anything similar STAY AWAY !!
Took them 15 days to finally give me some answer ! Never had a worse experience with any company in my whole life !!

Very smooth purchase process, and the communication from Karan and Isabel was superb throughout.

I always knew what was going on and it was very swift !!

Ordered a car on October 26th.
Paid deposit on October 28th - Finance Approved on October 28th.
Car promised as soon as possible.
November 11th still waiting for a delivery date and it's impossible to find out what is happening because they never pick up the telephone, respond to emails or call people.

Heck the main reason I'm writing this is in the hope that someone at Heycar sees this and gives me a call to tell me what is going on..

Great except Reading Audi cancelled the appointment because they did not have the car on site for me to test drive even though they had a week before the appointment. Professionally they are brilliant with follow up emails and contacting me to ensure they could help me but because they did not have a car for me the professionalism was electronic and telephones only, shame

I sincerely doubt all the good reviews are the company paid to fake reviews.
based on my experience in the last a few days, it is really making me wonder if they are a scam company.
Last Saturday we found the car and paid £99, then today, we rang their two numbers 02039361257 and 03308083819 hundreds times only got through once. The guy said would ring back, but Never！ Then we tried to ring both numbers never gone through. Even could not get to connected.
We are going to get from other places, don't know if we can get our £99 back.....
