Worst shoe buying experience ever

Ordered a pair of Kobe's size 12.5,3-4days later i get an email explaining to me how they want me to measure my foot because the shoes where being shipped internally size 11 and they were measured in centimeters. So I did what they asked and let them know what size 12.5 was in centimeters and told them I had over 10 pairs of Kobe's and to ship me what I had ordered, to days later I got the same email again, that got me wondering what type of Company I was dealing with so I replied back either give me the size I ordered or cancel the fricken order, and I didn't say fricken if you know what I mean. So they canceled the order, what a waste of my time, very unprofessional company don't waste your time with them, they charged my card twice but they did refund it twice at least, made everything very confusing, terrible experience for a pair of shoes.

Our shipping policy clearly states that order processing and shoe preparation may take 1–4 business days. In your case, within 2 days of your order, we sent you a video showing the actual pair of shoes that had been prepared for you and asked for additional size confirmation to help avoid a sizing issue.

After receiving your request to cancel the order, we respected your decision and processed a full refund promptly. The duplicate charge you mentioned was the result of the cancellation and refund process, and both transactions were fully refunded.

We understand that the additional size verification may have caused frustration, but our intention was only to ensure that you received the correct pair. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our service.

Our shipping policy clearly states that order processing and shoe preparation may take 1–4 business days before shipment. In your particular case, after reviewing the situation and understanding your concerns, we processed a full refund only 3 days after your order was placed.

Got a pair of expensive Nike track shoes for less

Got a pair of expensive Nike track shoes for a lot less via Heyiu. The delivery took a week and a half, FYI, but well worth the significant cost savings. I also reached out to their customer support and got an immediate and helpful reply (with a video of my order number and actual shoes!). Thanks Heyiu!

I ordered some sneakers and then U said you didn't have them in stock why take my money and then say you Refunded my money back , what a waste of my time and money!!!! I don't think I'll be ordering from you again
