Less than 1 star!! This page and product are a scam!! DO NOT BUY!! I should've known something was up when it's all 5 star reviews. This product COMES from China! Not Australia like it states on their super phony website! No wonder there are no real user reviews on this page. The ingredients aren't even Batana oil is something else I had to look up. African palm oil. But who knows what's really inside. Took 15 days to arrive and now they refuse to refund or take a return. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I wish I had check the review first. I ordered Batana oil from them and then finding out it was delivered on the 30th of August. Order was done on the 17th of August. On the 2nd of September I find out my it was delivered, but I never received a thing so I send them a message on the same day that's the 2nd of September and never got any reply they are a shitty company. I know I'll never get my money back nor will they resend, but God will do his work

I cant stresss enough how BAD they are. Please don’t order from them as they are definitely fake. My order took ages to arrive and when i did finally get it, it was some other company’s product (some cheap stuff from china literally 100 people selling out there) i found 10 dupes just in Amazon with exactly same packaging. Mine was not even from Hey Keratin but some company called Veganika. Support agent is kust rude and not helpful st all. BIG SCAMM!!!

This is a scam. They keep charging my card without my permission. I only ordered one time in June. Never order it again since it is fake oil they sent. I see they charged my credit card again in August, for the second time without my permission. My first order took almost a month to get to me. This is just fake oil stuff. do not buy

They don't deserve 1 star! Any company who falsely advertises products and doesn't respond to customers is a place to run from.

It's one of these "too good to be true" products. They promise you a hair oil product packed full of popular known oils for your hair into one small bottle describing what each is known to do for your hair. The person claiming to speak to the product is a white lady with hair long past her back with a British accent (or maybe it's Australian, haha!) Either way, sadly I believe this is also another selling tactic. Obviously, it doesn't matter who's selling a product, but once you place the order, you will see this is a product that gets shipped from China. For me, that was the first red flag. (Plus, I'm pretty certain this is yet another AI-generated performance, so beware!). They also get you with the buy 1, get 1 free so it seems even more enticing (and further proof it's likely nothing more than some cheap cooking oil).

I reached out to the company immediately a day and a half after placing my order and before I had received a shipping confirmation. I asked that they cancel my order immediately and not ship anything as I had my concerns. The next day instead of a reply, I received a shipping confirmation. I have sent 4 emails total so far and not one has been answered.

At this point, I don't know if anything will be received because several people said they didn't even receive a product, but even if it does, I will not be putting some unknown product anywhere near my body or hair.

Save yourself the hassle of having to go through your bank to file a claim and worse, giving out your card details to an unreliable/unreputable source. There are a plethora of these business model types being set up. Deal only with companies you know and trust and who are set up properly to work honestly with customers. I will also be filing a claim with the Canadian Centre of Cyber Security.

Do your homework (unlike I did unfortunately). This place is a crock of sh*t! AVOID!

I will also be upgrading to YouTube premium. Sadly, the advertisements if you don't our filled with these scams.

Update. I was going to try an refuse this shipment, but it was left at my door unfortunately. I'm even more confused by what I received. Turns out, it's a product called, "Veganic". Sooo misleading considering there was never any mention of this name on anything I saw. The ad I saw initially was for a product and site called, "Hey Keratin". Nothing I received mentioned this name. Not the ad, not the site, not my order confirmation, not any of my email emails.

How can you order one product, but receive another?

Another thing to note, despite this product claiming to have many natural oils, including rosemary which has a really strong smell, this product has no smell whatsoever. Literally none! I found that to be weird too.

it's a complete farce and someone should sue them for selling counterfeit products/misleading advertising.

I received it a few days ago,so I can't rate what it may do or not do for my scalp & hair yet & hopefully I will notice faster long hair growth than wothout,as I feel it should grow faster than average cause I avoid chemicals.But what I see that is great is how it's carefully packed in a bubble carton thing it's cradled into,I don't notice a smell which is great cause I want to just smell my shampoos/conditioners from my showers & I know many are saying China,supposed to be from Australia or U.S. but when I look at the packing it was shipped in,it came from Buena Park,CA,90620 it shows & on the bottles & the box,it doesn't show anything,not China,not U.S.,not Australia,just ingredients & instructions,& not doubting those that have other ways to check,as I diddn't check on the tracking.But it did come kinda fast,so I was shocked at some waiting 2 months or so.The ingredients I see here is ; Can run Petroselium seed oil,hydrogenated castor oil,linum usitatis simum seed oil,coffee Arabica seed oil,Argania spinosa kernel oil,Baobab (adansonia digitata)seed oil,hydrogenated sweet almond oil,Lavandula angustifolia oil,zingiber officinale root extract,Panax ginseng extract,polygonum multiflorum extract,olea europea fruit oil,theobroma cacao seed extract,Avocado( peresea grattisima) oil,coconut oil,rosemary leaf oil.The only thing so far i'm disappointed at,if it makes a difference on how much,is that the rosemary oil's the last ingredient,indicating less in there when listed in the middle or end.cause rosemary oil is mainly the 1 natural ingredient we need to thicken & grow hair as herbalists say!But as I said,unsure how much is needed.I' ll give this time to see if my growth is any faster than without cause I want longer hair quickly,without split ends causing me to have to keep cutting the bottom ends.It's long but would be longer & in the meantime,takes too long to get long.

I bought several bottles of this oil - not cheap ! I didn't expect instant new hair to grow but I did expect (after a few uses) to see a difference in the shine of my hair, but nothing ! it is still dry with no change at all ! I have contacted the company but they have ignored me !! Don't buy this product, save your money. Zero stars !
The date I put for buying this product is probably not accurate, I can't remember when it was and I can't submit this review without submitting something.

When purchasing the product it said it was coming from United States of America but as soon as I purchased the item it said the order is coming out of Australia but when watching the tracking it came from China .This product from Hey Keratin took 2 months to deliver to my address.
By the time it did arrive to my address I changed my mind on wanting to use this product since they lied to me when saying this product is made in the USA . I requested a return label and Hey Keratin said they do not provide return labels. From the beginning to my purchase I paid an extra $ 2.95 for insurance that should have included a return label . Now I'm stuck paying $ 10.00 to be able to return this unwanted China product

I wish Giving Negative Stars were a thing. I ordered and this company is completely Fraudulent! They will not send you a return shipping label as Stated on their site and the product is not Real Batana Oil, it's From China!!! They are using and dumping American Consumers. I will get my money refunded and trash this TRASH PRODUCT!!!

I've had no issues on my end it's helped my hair helped slowed down the falling out process- I love the smell- but my issus- it took over two months two get here- I forgot I ordered it- the delivery website doesn't know how to update information correctly- teleporting a whole day into the future- if they do update it- the product is great for me but I'm not sensitive to anything and my body couldn't care less what I put on it- but some people it may not do too well with- the key is knowing what works for you and to do that you have to try new things-

Hey keratin is a SCAM. I ordered an oil and they claim it was delivered but it’s not. I wish i read the reviews before i made my order. my hard earned $100 is gone.

I spent my hard earned cash thinking I'd finally purchased the real deal.....BOGUS, BOGUS, BOGUS.... This is false advertising and it should be illegal. Definitely going to contact trading standards, wether it's in their country or in the UK, either way, do no waste your money
