I have never dealt with a company as unprofessional and frustrating as Heymemo.

I placed an order and then heard absolutely nothing for over a month. No updates, no delivery, no communication — just complete silence after taking my money. The product never arrived.

After chasing them multiple times and getting nowhere, I was forced to open a chargeback with my bank just to try and get my own money back. That’s how bad this situation got.

And then, out of nowhere, they finally respond — not with an apology or a solution — but asking me if there was “an issue with the product.” What product? I never even received it.

This company:
• Took my money
• Failed to deliver anything
• Ignored communication for weeks
• Then had the audacity to question me instead of taking responsibility

Even now, they have refused to properly resolve the situation or issue a refund without me escalating it through my bank.

This is not just poor service — it’s completely unacceptable. The lack of accountability and basic customer care is shocking.

Avoid this company at all costs. Save yourself the time, stress, and money.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with HeyMemo and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from them.

My order arrived 15 days later than the delivery date they originally promised, which meant it completely missed the date I needed it for — my anniversary. The whole reason I ordered the item was for that occasion, so by the time it arrived it was basically useless.

What made the experience even worse was the lack of communication. There were no updates about the order or the delay, and I was left completely in the dark about what was happening. When I contacted customer support, the responses I received felt like automated emails that didn’t actually address my situation or offer any real help.

When the item finally arrived late, I asked about returning it since it had missed the occasion it was meant for. I was told that I would have to pay for the return myself, even though the delay was entirely on their side.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience with poor communication and unhelpful customer service. Because of this experience, I would not recommend ordering from HeyMemo.

Joke

I ordered this product in November, and after several months there is still no clear information about where my order actually is. All I receive are generic updates saying that the package is “on the way,” with no tracking details or concrete answers.

What makes this situation ridiculous is that the company now claims my order is delayed because of Valentine’s Day promotions. Using a seasonal excuse for an order placed months earlier is simply unacceptable.

On top of that, I was told that a refund cannot be issued “at the moment,” despite the excessive delay and lack of transparency. This is not how a serious business should operate.

Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating and has completely undermined my trust in the company. I would not recommend ordering unless you are prepared for long delays, vague communication, and difficulties getting your money back.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with HeyMemo. The product I received was faulty and completely unusable. I submitted my refund request within 30 days of delivery, following their own returns policy and providing video evidence exactly as instructed. Despite this, my case was met with repeated delays, poor communication, and refusal to honour the refund I was entitled to at the time of request.

Instead of resolving the issue, I was offered a small “goodwill” partial refund months later, which does not reflect my consumer rights or their own 30-Day Guarantee promise.

This has been one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this company unless their refund and technical support process significantly improves.

Does not work and they are not giving a refund, currently preparing a formal legal complaint

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with HeyMemo has been unacceptable. The company advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee with statements like “no questions asked” and “your satisfaction is our utmost priority.” That is simply not true in practice.

When I requested a refund well within the 30-day period (fully in line with their own published policy) because it is not working for me they refused to honor it. This is completely inconsistent with the clear promise of a full refund for customers who are not satisfied.

Their customer service repeatedly ignored the policy on their own website, attempted to shift the issue to the customer, and avoided providing the required return instructions. When confronted with their own terms, they continued to offer partial solutions instead of honoring the guarantee they publicly advertise.

If you expect transparency or a straightforward return process, I strongly recommend reconsidering your purchase.

Heb een bestelling gedaan voor me vriendin dit is echter nooit aangekomen omdat dit terug gestuurd is door dhl maar ik heb contact proberen op te nemen met heymemo maar tot op heden niks gehoord en geen geld terug ontvangen en radiostilte

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with HeyMemos. I had ordered from them specifically to surprise my boyfriend for our anniversary on 13th July, and chose the larger video card for this special occasion. Unfortunately, when my order arrived on the 10th, they had sent me the mini version instead.

I contacted them immediately asking if they could correct the mistake in time for our anniversary. They replied the next day asking for my details (which I promptly provided), and then I heard nothing back. I had to chase them up again on the 14th, only to receive a delayed response on the 16th, well after our anniversary had passed.

To make matters worse, they asked me for evidence of the incorrect order, which I had already provided in my initial email. I resent the evidence the same day they asked again, and since then — radio silence.

This was meant to be a meaningful, thoughtful gift for a special day, and it was completely ruined by their lack of urgency, poor communication, and failure to take responsibility for their mistake. I genuinely expected better and would not recommend them based on this experience.
