Hi Carpet Cleaners we’re so helpful. Our carpet had not been cleaned in years and we had a tenant badly stain the mattress. They cleaned both, staying beyond our time to make sure everything was clean... Voir plus

Clean and smelling great!
I have used Hi Carpet Cleaner previously so had no hesitation in booking them again for my carpet cleaning.
As usual they arrived on time, reviewed the job and got straight to work.
Before I knew it they had finished and my carpet was left looking clean and smelling fresh.
Very reasonable in price and excellent communication including being able to fit me in a week earlier than my actual booking as I had an unexpected free day.
I definately recommed them.

I recently hired Hi Carpet Cleaner Ltd…
I recently hired Hi Carpet Cleaner Ltd for carpet cleaning in my living room, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, the staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
On the day of the cleaning, the team arrived on time and equipped with high-quality tools and eco-friendly cleaning products. They took the time to assess the condition of my carpet and explained the entire cleaning process, which made me feel comfortable and informed.
The actual cleaning process was impressive! They tackled some stubborn stains that I thought would never come out, and when they were done, my carpet looked as good as new. The team was efficient and made sure to pay attention to the details, getting into all the corners without missing a spot.
What I appreciated most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. After finishing the job, they checked in with me to ensure I was happy with the results before they left.
Overall, I highly recommend them for anyone in need of professional carpet cleaning. They exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely use their services again in the future!

5 Stars – Exceptional Service with a Personal Touch
I couldn’t be happier with the service from this wonderful family-run carpet cleaning business! From the moment I got in touch, their communication was friendly, clear, and professional. They arrived right on time, treated our home with great care, and worked tirelessly to bring our carpets back to life.
What really sets them apart is the pride they take in their work—you can tell it’s more than just a job for them. Our carpets look and smell amazing, and they even took the time to offer helpful tips for maintaining them in between cleans.
It’s rare these days to find a company that delivers both top-notch results and genuine customer care. I’m so glad I chose them, and I’ll definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

Consistently Excellent Service – Highly Recommended!
I’ve seen Hi Carpet Cleaner in action several times, on my sister’s carpet, my mom’s carpet, and a friend’s sofa, and I can’t recommend them enough.
Most recently, they helped me out on short notice at my mom’s home, as I needed to get it ready for her move-in. They were incredibly generous with their time, and the results were flawless, the carpet looks spotless!
Thanks to Hi Carpet Cleaner Team🌸

Professional, thoughtful, and genuinely above the rest
I booked Hi Carpet Cleaner because my home office was starting to feel a bit stale, and I’d read about how carpets can affect air quality and mental clarity. The difference after their visit was genuinely noticeable—the space felt fresher, lighter, and more inviting. They were punctual, professional, and took real care with everything, including using eco-friendly products.
It’s rare to find a service that combines deep expertise with such a thoughtful approach. HCC clearly take pride in their work and understand how a clean space impacts wellbeing—especially for those of us working from home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in North or West London looking for more than just a surface clean.

Nightmare experience with this company…
I am having a nightmare experience with this company. One of their contractors has ruined my two sofas thanks to the cleaning product used. The owner has denied all responsibility and is refusing to take my calls. I need to replace the fabric on both sofas and I will be out of pocket by £1500.

Thank you for reaching out, and I truly understand your concerns about the sofa.
When you first contacted me, I reviewed our booking system but was unable to find any record of your name, number, or address. Despite this, I wanted to help, so I personally visited your property within two hours to assess the situation.
Upon arriving, you were unable to provide any booking reference, email, or message confirming that our company had serviced your sofa, which led me to believe there might have been some confusion with another company. My main goal was to assist you, and I regret that this has caused frustration on both sides.
If you can provide any proof, such as a booking reference, email, or message confirming that our company provided a service for your sofa, I’d be happy to resolve the matter quickly through my insurance and, if needed, assist with replacing the sofa.
Thank you for your understanding, and I hope we can clarify any confusion.
Kind regards
HiCC
