Tried to return and they made me pay postage and just sent it back to me!!

Tried to return my item (I'm a uk size 10 to 12 and this item was WAY too small!) Went through their returns procedure, no refund they just posted it back to me and because they are based in Turkey I had to pay £7 postage just to recieve an item back that I didn't want! so now I'm even more out of pocket! AVOID AVOID AVOID

If you returned your items via another method we would like to rectify the situation. I ordered 3 items only got 2

I ordered 3 items when the delivery came I only received 2 now I'm not sure if this had happened to anyone else but I don't know how to talk to customer services as I emailed them and sent a message through messenger I haven't had any response on top I'm not feeling well when I paid for 3 dresses why did they only send me 2 it's just waisting customers time and energy as if the order had been properly revised then the dispatch team shouldn't of made this mistake I want to know where I stand and what do I do thanks in advance - thanks to the customer representatives who got back to me and sorted my problem out swiftly

Really slow delivery

Really slow delivery. I have tried online shops before and even Ebay is quicker than this site. Better to buy in high street or even Amazon for your clothes. Disappointing.

My parcel never turned up

My parcel never turned up, I emailed the company three times, only once did I get a response offering me a £5 voucher for the inconvenience. Did not want this voucher and haven’t used it. I emailed yet countless times asking for an update on my parcel, and have had no response.
Would not recommend this company, still
no update or refund.

Love this brand

Love this brand! Great quality pieces with cute designs. Sizing sometimes comes up a little small so I usually just size up for the perfect fit. I regularly shop here for gorgeous wardrobe staples and unique pieces

I’ve received clothing from here many times and every time the items are exactly how they are on the website and come in good time! The customer service is also great, overall a great brand!

one of the best brands there is!

I love the variety hiccup has to offer and their prices are unbeatable! The way these clothes fit is honestly like a dream! One of my fave places to shop for last min holiday/ event bits and I always get so many compliments when I wear their pieces out!
