Hey,
We’re late on this, and that’s on us. We never want anyone to feel ignored, especially when it comes to a double charge.
We’re not sure if this has been fully resolved yet, but we’ll be reaching out directly to check on it and make sure it gets taken care of.
Thanks for your patience!

Hey,
We totally get that finding the right product is key to a good experience. While we do have a no refund or swap policy here at HiFi, our budtenders are always more than happy to help guide you toward something that better fits your vibe.
If you can’t make it into the store, our online budtender, AiRica, is always available to help with recommendations and product insights—so you never have to guess what might work best for you.
We appreciate you giving us a shot, and we’d love to help you find something that hits just right next time!
Always a good time
