High&Dry Avis 

We got our garden landscaped and were looking for alternatives to a rotary clothesline when we came across High&Dry. Delivery was quick and assembly straight forward with detailed instructions.

It is exactly what we needed, loads of hanging space, it can be moved around the garden to follow the sun and it can be folded up and stored out of the way when it isn’t needed. We had a really positive experience with High&Dry’s customer service, who were responsive and friendly.

Amazing product. Definitely took two people to build but worth it. Our garden is small and this is perfect to move around with the sun to dry clothes quicker. Customer service was exceptional.

My previous review was very poor as my High n Dry line had not arrived. However, I have to say that Catherine at Customer Services was amazing. She arranged for a fresh delivery which came the next day and now my High and Dry is up and working and I love it. It has given me so much more space in my garden and its convenient and just what every family needs

Received my High and Dry a number of weeks ago and I’m delighted with it. It suits our Irish weather where the sun is shining one minute, then it’s raining the high and dry clothes line can be wheeled to shelter. It takes some time to put together but there are videos on you tube to help. Would definitely recommend one.

I had an excellent experience in dealing with this company I made two silly mistakes needless to say my own fault !!!
In contacting the company , they helped me via hand drawings as to where I went wrong , now everything is as it should be , up a running ,😂.. the benefit in placing the clothes line wherever you want is a bonus ,I certainly would recommend both the company and the product Which is both strong and well made !!! And above all their customer service !! Thank you again for all your help ,,,, it can also be closed in for storage and secured !!

The ordering experience was very straightforward and the line arrived a day before the estimated day of delivery. Before it arrived we received a very nice personalised email, thanking us for our order and with helpful videos attached on how to assemble the unit.

I love this line, despite the high price. I’ve replaced my broken down tumble dryer with this product. Once you get used to opening and closing it (it obviously has a different mechanism to your average line) it is great and can be managed by one person. It takes a while to put together but the company has a video which is very helpful. I can get loads of washing on it - again, you have to adapt how you peg out because of the slightly different line layout but that’s no big deal. It arrived quickly too. I do think the folding mechanism needs to be more robust and preferably made of metal rather than plastic. I managed to break one of mine pretty quickly but the company replaced this for free and very quickly, no quibbling. Customer service has been responsive. I also think the product needs a cover when being stored so can’t wait to see if the company comes up with this soon. Word of caution - check you don’t get the lines caught on the ends as it can then be problematic to open. Overall I’m happy with this product and would recommend it.

Absolutely delighted with this product. I love how portable the High & Dry washing line is — it makes laundry so much easier. The customer service this company provides is fantastic too. Really impressed and highly recommend.

Superb addition to our garden for our laundry. As a family of 3 I've been needing something to hold all our wash loads on to dry and this is the best option for this. It folds away so doesn't take up space when it's not needed and is perfect to wheel around to follow the sun!

Delighted to find a solid portable clothes line that can be put away easily when not in use.
It is exactly as advertised. Is sturdy and can take a full wash.

I love drying washing outside, I also love watching it blowing in the wind. I had a washing line strung around a wooden gazebo but wanted to use that area for seating so looked at other options and this kept coming up. It ticked all the boxes, lots of room, portable and easy to store. It was a bit of a faff to put together - my husband looked at the pictures instead of reading the instructions and actually using some common sense, so had to disassemble one side and reassemble! I love this line, I move it around my garden to where it will catch the best sun and breeze, and I can watch it while working from home! It is easily portable with one hand. It holds two loads easily. If I could improve this I would add a section to hang a separate airer - as I use one of the fold up hanging airers with lots of pegs for socks and this doesn’t fit on the line as it is square - but that’s not a big deal. The line easily fits under my gazebo in the rain so washing can go out whatever the weather. I didn’t receive my free pegs but following a comment I left on a Facebook post they reached out to me, and within a couple of days these were received and appear to have been lost in the post originally. To sum it all up very happy with the line and the service and happy to recommend!

A quality product. Very pleased with my washing line. Am unable to use a convential line or rotary line and this is exactly what i needed. Very good video showing how to assemble the line. Unfortunately my husband would not watch it before he started to put it together therefore the process took a lot longer than it should have! The amount of washing you can get on the line is amazing. Definitely recommend

The product and customer service provided by the company has been phenomenal. The clothes line is amazing. Ive spent hundreds of pounds on whirly lines which break if washing gets caught in rain. No worry here, the wheels allow me to roll i to my garage to continue driving. Its a great product. Delighted with it.

Excellent service from Catherine in relation to answering questions about the product prior to ordering. Arrived on time, easy to assemble, robust yet mobile clothesline that folds up when not in use. Ideal garden solution when you dont want a permanent clothesline.

I bought my clothes line last year. I'm sorry I didn't buy it sooner. It's tidy and drys the clothes well. I have even took it into my kitchen at night if its to rain overnight lol during windy conditions just make sure the breaks are down and it will be ok
