Coach Angel's HDT program and classes are fantastic. He knows what he's doing, and he truly cares about his people. His clients, including this one, love him for a reason. Highly recommended, no matter where you are on your fitness journey.

High Definition Training (HDT) is hands down the best personal training program I’ve ever been a part of. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed like family. The trainer is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping every member succeed, no matter their fitness level. Every workout challenges you while keeping things fun and engaging, and the positive energy is contagious.
