A well-constructed and presented course, covering all relevant aspects of food hygiene in a clear and thorough manner

The course was very formative, made me fully understand my responsibilities and what is required of me. All the modules are fully explained to my understanding. My certificate was sent to me immediately I got the required mark. I will highly recommend this institution. Very reliable. The website was fantastic.

Great course, straight forward to use, good value, will be booking more

The course was good, informative and easy to navigate. BUT the qualifications are not accepted by CITB so effectively useless if you're looking to obtain a CSCS card. Waste of money.

The course I did was concise, well thought out and informative.
The course had a audio reading of all text which was helpful.

I was not able to log back into my account as I needed high speed to reset my own password!!!??very dumb as I should be able to reset my own password myself..I now have to wait until Monday and I did not even log out of the account for the course.

I really enjoyed this training, it was easily accessible, had good links and further reading options and I loved having the narrated option and the choice of speeds, as well as the videos of people's experience, it all worked effectively to absorb the learning material.

Doing my training in this format was very quick and easy the format was great as you can go at your own speed.

I really like the training for my volunteers as it is more engaging than other courses I have tried. I like the visual and audio and written content as it covers all types of learners. I do wish though that the email that the learners receive was a lot clearer as I have had volunteers going on and paying again, and I have had them have problems with their login's.

This was an excellent Food Hygiene course, so informative and clear. The explanations at each section were easy to understand as were the testing procedures.

Unfortunately the course didn't go into the level of detail I was hoping. Very basic.
However, as a training platform, the slides were clear and questions relevant to the slides, just wasn't beneficial to me.

The training was well paced, in modules that meant you could complete over a period of time. I particularly liked the mix of information, videos, knowledge 'testing' exercises and materials to download (the posters are great for our setting). For me, it was an update that has given me confidence to support staff as a trustee in our charity setting.
