Such a brilliant service. Good use of tech to locate and show the health of my ears. Great advice and friendly staff but most importantly a good result. I had some wax build up, which was removed and the symptoms have resolved. Great value as well, can’t recommend enough.

The experience with Hi Kent from my telephone call to book a home visit for my Mum and to the home visit was of such a high level of reassurance and knowledge and expertise that I felt at ease when especially dealing with ones ears.
Zoe was the audiologist who I dealt with over the phone and who carried out the ear wax removal just had such a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to give my Mum and me the best experience with no worries.I would highly recommend there services to anyone needing attention to ones hearing.

I am a long term ear wax sufferer.
This was the best treatment I have ever received and worth every penny of the reasonable cost.
I can now hear better than I have done in about 20 years.
Zoe is absolutely lovely and professional. Don't hesitate to book. I will absolutely be going back again!!

Both my husband and myself have been to Hi Kent for various ear issues they were recommended to us by M&S audiology after having a hearing test and noticed that there was a build up that needed removing. Zoe was amazing, so knowledgeable and explained everything she was going to do in depth and showed us what she was doing. After doing mine I could here crystal clear again. Really thought I was loosing my hearing but no just needed a bit of tlc. Thankyou, I would totally recommend this charity to anyone with ear issues.

Caroline and Maxine gave prompt, friendly and effective help to set up links to my new hearing aids. They were patient and relaxed in the face of my ignorance and confusion. Problem solved.

Hi Kent works very hard to provide an excellent service, from social groups to lip-reading classes to equipment. Everyone there is kind, polite and empathetic to our hearing problems. Jon is very knowledgeable and understanding of each individual's needs. I'd give ten stars if I could!

I had an appointment at Hi Kent in Canterbury with Jon Lambert. He was very understanding of my problems and suggested several pieces of equipment to help me. He was kind, understanding of my hearing loss and very knowledgeable about the range of appropriate equipment. I felt really listened to and had everything explained very clearly. I am looking forward to receiving the equipment and am most grateful both to Hi Kent and to Jon.

Zoe gave excellent service to both my wife and I covering microsuction and hearing loss. Better priced and honest advice from the HiKent charity than the High Street services . Also much better access to a variety of other support initiatives such as lip reading , sign language and more. Highly recommended.

I received immediate and friendly service, Maxine coming out to my village as soon as I needed help with the sound system and on finding it was a minor problem that I should have noticed, had no complaint.

Both Ann and Zoe were professional, gentle and empathetic to our concerns. Further useful advice was given with respect to earphones and or hearing aids most of which were unaware about.
A rather difficult ear clean was effectively concluded on a second follow up visit at no extra cost. Very good service by both Ann and Zoe. I would highly recommend them both.

I used Hi Kent Canterbury. Overall, it was an excellent service. In my case I had a large, longstanding build up of ear wax to remove. Everything was explained to me beforehand and they carried out the medical due diligence thoroughly and answered my questions fully. The procedure was painless and relatively quick and the pricing was very reasonable. All in all, I would highly recommend it.

My husband gets a build up of wax in his ears which affects his already reduced hearing ability. As he has had a perforated eardrum in the past he needs it removing by microsuction. We were seen by a very efficient lady who spent a lot of time explaining the process as she was removing the wax.
My husband said it was the best experience of wax removal he had ever had, and we were both very impressed with Zoe and the time and care she took.
We will always go to Hi Kent for his wax removal in future and felt we had very good value for money.

My elderly Mum has complex ear problems that needs an experienced person to remove wax build up and dry skin in her ears. She was looked after extremely well, with great care and professionalism. I would like to thank them again in Canterbury and would highly recommend to anyone needing help with their ears.

From my original communication Maxine guided me through what I needed to add to my aid before experimenting with Roger on.
With my two visits I was met with very friendly staff.
I was able to have Roger on on a free loan which gave me the opportunity to find out if it was any use to my particular hearing loss.
Maxine answered all my queries and patiently connected Roger on loan to my hearing aids.
On my return visit Maxine had the Roger I had ordered and again set up the connections including the extra one I wanted from the Roger App.
A brilliant service from Hi Kent. I can highly recommend.

Amazing service, had my hearing aid tubes replaced, batteries supplied, and wax build up removed.
Hearing improved immeasurably.
Thanks to Zoe and the rest of the team at Canterbury.
Also bought a set of Shokz bone conduction headphones which are really good and recommended for hearing aid wearers.
