I ORDERED SOME TROUSERS EARLY NOVEMBER AND THEY CAME MIDDLE OF DECEMBER!
UNFORTUNATELY THEY DID NOT FIT AND IT HAS COST ME £39 TO SEND THEM BACK AND WE WILL JUST HAVE TO WAIT TO SEE HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR A REFUND.

Your order was placed as a pre-order for the Fusion trousers, with an estimated delivery timeframe at the end of November. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, the shipment experienced a delay, affecting the delivery to our customers.
Upon reviewing your case, we found that you contacted us after you had already returned the trousers at your own expense. Typically, when a replacement is needed, we provide customers with a return label to minimize return costs.
Your returned item was received at our warehouse on 31st December 2024. Due to the holiday period, processing the return and issuing the refund took longer than usual. However, we can confirm that the refund was successfully processed.
We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our service. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Buyer beware
Refused to replace boots that had split, these were a replacement pair as first pair leaked which were returned and they agreed that they were faulty. Apparently regardless of goods being faulty their terms are that you are not entitled to have replacement or refund if you have more than one pair that are faulty. Buyer beware.
