Hillside Exotic Gardening Avis

Just bought my 4th DA fern, great company, great service & very helpful - would buy more but have run out of space in the garden. Would totally recommend this company.

I felt like I was ordering from a really friendly place, they couldn’t be more helpful and the plants were top quality and great packaging!

When I placed my order I heard back promptly with delivery day. I was kept upto date with two hour time slot on delivery day. My plants arrived very well packaged and were exactly what I was expecting. All round great service!

Plants delivered were outstanding quality, these guys will be my go to for future plant purchases.

Fantastic healthy plants fast delivery and great communication keeping you updated at all stages highly recommended

Excellent customer service can't fault them in any way

All the plants were packaged well with no damage to any first purchase but will be purchasing again great looking plants well done hillside.

Fantastic communication . Fast delivery and beautiful quality plants

Great shopping experience, visited site & was able to choose my tree fern. Would definitely use again. The only downside was I used the post code on the web site but they seem to take me to the centre of Oxford but I’m sure that would have been amended by now.

Lovely healthy plants 🪴 well packaged. Thank you xx

Great communication, fast delivery, very friendly people and a brilliant young tree fern

Really friendly and knowledgeable.
Extremely helpful.
The plants travelled well, being expertly packed.
I was able to recycle the packaging in other parts of the garden.
Comprehensive fact sheets on plant care were posted in advanced. Perfect.
Couldn’t have asked for more.

Fantastic communication, brilliant- healthy plants and speedy delivery!!!
Thank you very much

Quick delivery.
So well packed don't think a leaf had moved.
Never received plants before in such good condition.
Will recommend and shop here again.

Had a great experience ordering from Hillside. They notify you when your order is being sent out and show care. The plants arrived in good condition and packaging. Great service

Nothing was to much trouble after an issue with ordering online Nicky was very helpful at rectifying the issue will definitely use again

Beautiful plants, Well packaged, Fast delivery

Absolutely first class service after issues trying to pay for my online order, Nicky was very helpful ( even though it was a Sunday) the plant arrived very safely packaged, so pleased I’ve found hillside exotics this was my first order but definitely won’t be my last, highly recommended

When I first put in an order they were sold out - but did inform me when they were re-stocked. I ordered a bundle of different colocasias, which came beautifully wrapped and presented - and looking v. Healthy so far their future is now up to me! A very professional supplier and cannot recommend them highly enough.
