Contacted them to resolve an issue however when the relevant person contacted me back, his attitude was appalling and he wanted to make unfound accusations rather than just deal with the matter, I have asked for their complaints department and also will be speaking to the sra, I don’t usually write reviews but thought this was needed as if I wanted a solicitor I would want one that goes with the facts and what can be proven rather than guess work

John Morshead is a gem. He advised on the sale of a residential property (both complicated and emotional for us sellers). We were fortunate that John is an excellent communicator with shrewd judgment, strong commercial instincts and attention to detail. Rare qualities to find together. Frances and the team supported us to complete HMRC forms for a Probate applicaiton. From the first meeting all communcation was really clear and timely.
