I recently spoke with Roxy S. regarding my building insurance, and the level of service she provided really stood out. From the moment I heard her voice over the phone, I could tell she was knowledgeable and genuinely ready to help.

I’ve called Hindwoods a number of times in the past, but I’ve never received service quite like this. Roxy was clear, patient, and truly helpful throughout the conversation. She has a way of putting you at ease, which makes a big difference when you’re dealing with something as confusing as insurance.

She answered my queries thoroughly and made sure I understood everything before moving on. It felt like she genuinely cared about resolving my concerns rather than just rushing through the call.

Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I really appreciate the professionalism and support she provided.

Letting a Flat
Donna Distin has been amazing from start to finish. The whole process of letting the flat was smooth. Donna was always very helpful, responsive, professional and kind. I would definitely recommend her services :) !

If you are looking at purchasing property and these are the managing the property i recomend you look somewhere else. They are inept and threatening. They do not respond to emails and very rarely answer the phone. They will remove your property from any public areas and charge you for the privilege.

After speaking with Edward regarding a potential development matter everything seemed so much clearer. He was incredibly approachable and generous with his time and advice. I didn’t feel rushed or unimportant and no question was too silly or basic to ask. I feel Edward to be very genuine and would certainly use his services again without hesitation.

Ed Dent was very helpful when we recently bought a commercial property in East Dulwich. He gave great advice and answered all queries very promptly with a pleasantly droll manner! Would highly recommend!

Hi, I have lived local in SE London for nearly 20 years. I got my first long term rental propoerty through them 18 years ago and am just getting my third through them. They have been professional, friendly, non pushy but efficient.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a residental propoerty. You are treated like a human being not just another sausage in the sausage factory like the tens of other agents I have had to deal with since undertaking a search this time. Yes, the stock to rent from is vasely reduced compared to years ago and there is a lot of competition right now for renters to secure places but the folks have the pedigree of being in this game for a long time, but also place people be it landlord or tenant at the heart of what they do.

No sure who is resposible for the accounting function of the organisation, but they are horrendous.... I have been emailing them for over a year regarding the same query and not one member of their team responds...

Beyond dreadful. This company took over the management of our property converted into 5 flats 3 years ago. They have papered us with many conflicting "demands" since then without ever actually doing very much. We found our association with them so stressful that we obtained a Right to Manage agreement with the freeholder just to get rid of them. I can’t begin to tell you how horrible every communication we had with this company was. Their tone was invariably bullying and demeaning. We're now trying to extend our leaseholds and Hindwoods are charging us over £7,000 each for "major works ". Needless to say, they haven't done any. Criminal really.

Hindwoods managed our freehold. Beyond incompetent. Reply to emails after you chase up 4 times by email and call 3 times. We have been waiting since June for our reserve fund to be paid back after we terminated our account with them. I could add 5 years of complaints, but just know this. They are awful.

Very lucky to have instructed Edward Dent to sell my commercial property, he found a suitable buyer quickly and monitored progress throughout the transaction.I could not have asked for better service

Been Trying to chase up with them to get a commercial unit for lease. No ONE in the company cares. Worst experience with a lettings agency that would treat their prospects like this.

Forget following up, need to email them thrice to get a reply once. Calls are NEVER answered. During these days with a competition on their toes, this company would barely survive.
