Ive worked for several security firms in my career, i can honestly say that i left this company to work for others to end up coming back. The staff are highly trained, and those new to the company, are welcomed and are helped and encouraged to do more training staff are encouraged to promote Customer service as that is what the job is about. Unlike some of the "well known" companies who have what i call shirt fillers. Some of those who worked on a " I dont get paid enough to do that attitude" Hinson staff put 110% into the job, that is the reason I returned.

100% these people care 100% professional I will definitely recommend this company 200%

From what I've just seen Jonathan hinston should not be driving due to his medical history that he has Not informed dvla about, which I am about to, imagine him falling asleep at the wheel while driving due to his severe medical condition. Plus his appalling behaviour towards members of the public, the utter bad language coming from him directed at members of the public, I also do not see how you get jobs when Jonathan hinston has a criminal record and was jailed for 1 year for importing steroids from tyland he is a convicted criminal and on several occasions lied about his armed forces background, stated all his uniform and paperwork was burnt by an ex of his, and to say this company is great is a complete fallacy

Absolutely shocking customer service by a woman named Victoria ! Spoke to her on the phone not very polite AVOID at all cost ! Waste of time ..!

Excellent customer service from staff at a local festival. ‘Nic’ displayed a very professional manner with a few rowdy youths whilst we had stopped her for directions. She then went over and above to give us her personal recommendations!

Ran by a scumbag thug that has been convicted of illegally importing steroids..a bit worrying that our country allows criminals to run security companys..figure that one out if you can

This is the 4th review for these bullies they are only good at one thing and that's getting negative reviews removed, avoid these plastic police at all costs!! There only good reviews are from their own members of staff

Ignore the bad reviews they are from a bunch of sad sacks from youtube.

In 2022 I was looking for a security company to carry out some work on my behalf. I came across Hinson Security, I checked them out and found some very disturbing evidence, both written (The Northern Echo October 2006) and video April 2022. YouTube (Hinson Security)
Having scrutinised all of the above, i decided to take my custom elsewhere. Feel free to make your own decision once you have viewed the evidence yourself.

An Amazing company that hires professional security personnel , high standards and excellent customer service that you don't get with other security companies , all staff are trained to the highest level and go the extra mile when working a task , the management, supervision and directors have all been on the ground and lead from the front , well done to all the Hinson team and long may in continue

Fantastic Company, Staff and management have a very professional attitude and nothing is too much trouble.

I have found that they go that extra mile to make sure that everything is OK and events are problem free.

Ran by a roid rage thug. Absolute disgrace to the security industry. Avoid this company at all costs for your own safety/safety of your event goers. Stop trying to get the reviews removed, publicly apologise for your behaviour might help. There you go edited out the YouTube part for you. Still won’t be deleting my review.
