Great service from initial contact…
Great service from initial contact right through to collection. Initial response via email was fast and informative. I was contacted to arrange delivery and it arrived at exactly the time we agreed. Collection was just as efficient. A full explanation on how to use the equipment was clear and the equipment was very user friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Faulty equipment, poor service
They sent over two sets of equipment by accident, expected me to organise collection for the second set - from a pub which I don't work at - then the actual set for the party was broken, so we had to improvise with a completely different setup after waiting on a response from tech support for three hours. The party was on a Thursday from 4.30pm, incidentally, so it's not like this was at the weekend and we were calling in out-of-hours.
They're currently stalling on sending out a refund for equipment they admit was faulty because it was returned in the wrong box... which they're only telling me about two weeks after the event. I never interacted with the box, since the event was held at a pub. I fully expect them to try to avoid giving a refund based on this, since I can't imagine the pub is in the business of holding on to random karaoke boxes for two weeks after the equipment has been picked up. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if it was returned in the correct box and they've just lost the damn thing.
If they do issue the refund, I'll update this review.

Excellent service. Dan was brilliant at communicating beforehand, was super flexible when we were delayed getting to the venue and collected the equipment when he said he would. The kit was top spec and really easy to use - we sang til we couldnt speak! Will definitely use again! Thank you

Booked the karaoke machine literally a few days before for a work event. It went down a storm and everyone had a good time. The machine was easy to use and the representative from the company was really helpful when I contacted him over a small issue. He got back to me straight away. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic, easy set up, quick delivery and collection
Hired a karaoke machine and PA system for my hen do. Delivery was quick, the system was so easy to use. Took me a week to get my voice back after spending so many hours screaming along to my favourite songs. Thank you!
