Arrived within time frame given. Said it would take around 3 hours and it did. Neat, tidy, good job all round. Would definately recommend. Came to work so didnt have to take time off.

I couldn't be happier with the tow bar installation. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. I was amazed that there was no need to cut the bumper, and the finished job looks fantastic-it's so neat you'd hardly know it was fitted afterwards.
What really stood out was the care and attention to detail. The fitter treated my car as if it were his own, taking real pride in his work and making sure everything was perfect. It's rare to find someone who is so conscientious and genuinely cares about the quality of the job they do.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a tow bar installation. Excellent workmanship, professional service, and a result that exceeded my expectations. Five stars all the way!

Mark did a fantastic job - we had 2 caravans and needed the motor movers swapping from one to another (so we could keep the warranty from the new motor mover as only fitted few months ago, again by Mark via Towsure).
He checked all directions were correct on the remotes for each caravan and even made extra cut offs to allow the mover to be fitted securely, whilst not damaging the axel. Can't praise Mark enough! great job(s) done!

Mark fitted my towbar this morning on my new BYD seal u-dmi, knew exactly what he was doing was really polite and helped demonstrate how to use the detachable tow bar at the end. Highly recommend

Had a detachable tow bar fitted today by James. He was extremely professional, polite and explained everything fully, even letting me film his demonstrations in case I forgot something later. Kieran in the office was also very professional, keeping me updated throughout and answering all my emails promptly. Great service throughout and I would highly recommend.
