I ordered soy milk powder that my local Asian supermarkets no longer carry. Because shipping is £6.50, I ordered 5 bags at once (35 servings). All 5 bags I was sent expire in just 2 months (they usually last a year so I was sent ones made 10 months ago)! I wouldn't mind if it was just one or two bags, but they shouldn't have sent all 5 that expire so soon! Now I'm under pressure to finish them all in 2 months and have to order more after. That's bad practice. It really puts me off ordering from them - I will be choosing another site.

Amazing! First time ordering from an Asian supermarket online—there aren’t many that I could find that have such a comprehensive range that will deliver. I couldn’t find any, but maybe that’s me. Anyways, I ordered food stuffs which included some frozen items and also housewares. I was worried about ordering frozen food from Newcastle to be delivered to the Midlands but you only live once so…

Well, colour me surprised when I received my order today and my frozen items are still frozen!! I’ve never seen this before but they wrap them in a special type of material along with ice and it works. Also, everything I ordered was carefully packed and nothing arrived damaged (ordered some bowls).

I’ll be ordering from here again and again as I’m super impressed with the range of goods they sell online for those of us who can’t make it to an actual store. Also impressed with how easy the whole process was and the customer service and unbelievably quick delivery. Thanks so much, Belle

Don't visit this shop guys the boss or manger of this groceries is totally rude towards costumer I have taken 3 bottle of tea for 1.99£ at first I didn't know that was tea I thought it was some kind juice and I opened one bottle and taste it md I didn't like it so I tell them that I want to exchange but they refuse me and by taking 1.99£ again they took my 1.49£ for no reason they says they have send my money back to account but it didn't came still so the manger or supervise didn't know how to use till as well

So guys don't visit this shop just to let you know guys they are totally rude and scams

Not happy they said next day delivery then it changed to Monday it still hasn't arrived messaged them but no reply wantvuse this company again

BAD EXPERIENCE AND NEVER AGAIN!

recently bought 50 packs of udon in July and notice that 30 of those will be expiring in less than 2 months time. forcing me into a rushed consumption schedule. tried to communicate with their customer service for a refund or replacement but got rejected. claiming the 30 days return policy were passed. I believe customer satisfaction should be a priority. Perhaps considering alternatives, such as providing replacements for the expiring packs, would enhance customer experience.

Overall, this purchase has left me disappointed as well as their unacceptable services.

Attitude of staff: brusque and a little intimidating. If I want help I'd be too shy to ask for it from these people! I'll go back to the other place from now on. They're nice and helpful there, even if they haven't got such a nice big shiny shop.
