I had my lashes done at HMB Salon by Shi and I absolutely love them! Shi was brilliant from start to finish — so friendly, professional and made sure everything was perfect. Went in with blonde hair , wanted some caramel through it , came out with dark red hair , I could cry , also charged £51 ! , even though I showed the manager a photo of what I wanted , it was nothing like it at all . So gutted, as I’ve been there for eyebrows recently , which were fantastic, sadly i now feel i can never go back , just had to book elsewhere to get my hair back to blonde .

Bella was fantastic and quick, for a 30 minute infill appointment. A great salon with friendly staff. Shy is also brilliant. Highly recommended. :)

Bella did a full set of Russian cat eyes lashes. There looked amazing. Really happy with the treatment and customer care.

Shy, the owner, and Noreen are both amazing professionals! I had the BBL bum lift and saw a noticeable difference after my first session last week. I had another session this morning and can already see even more improvement, with my bum looking and feeling firmer and lifted. Noreen checked on me continuously throughout the process and showed me pictures of the progress along the way.

They are both so professional, welcoming and knowledgeable, and I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve also had my lash extensions done here, and I’m so impressed with how long they lasted — even through my holiday, allergies and the hot weather! Such a great experience all round. 💕

I had a set of classic lashes done by Bella today. Apart from being very happy with the result, Bella was friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I explained how I wanted them to look and she showed me a photo to be sure she understood what I wanted. I'm sure I will go to Bella again in future!

Amazing facial by Noreen …. Relaxing wonderful environment

I arrived for my massage and the person did not have any record of it. She asked to see my booking which I showed her. After 15 minutes she took me to a room. The salon was noisy and it was not relaxing so she blasted some music on her phone to drown out the chatting. However the phone kept vibrating because she kept getting calls. The towels smelt musty and I was not able to relax. She asked me to go face down on some sort of ring but my face was then touching the bed so I ended up resting on a towel.

It was supposed to be an hour but within 45 mins she told me to get dressed. She asked me where I felt tension and I said my shoulders but she hardly touched my shoulders.

She did do a hot stone massage instead of a normal massage and told me that this was double the price normally.

I didnt enjoy the massage. The salon itself wasn’t particularly clean or welcoming and was run down and tired. I won’t be coming back.

* I bought an SMPU microblading session as a gift for my mother, and we recently had our first appointment with Noreen our SMPU specialist a few weeks back. She was incredibly friendly and made us feel at ease throughout the procedure. Noreen attentively listened to my mother's preferences and exceeded our expectations by taking the time to shape the brows perfectly, especially since my mother had no eyebrows to begin with.

* We returned today for a touch-up session and were once again delighted with the service. Since my mother has light hair, we aimed for a natural look, and Noreen delivered just that. The journey to the salon was quite a trek, but it was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend HMB salon, particularly for treatments with Noreen. A heartfelt thank you to her for giving my mother newfound confidence; it truly has been worth every penny.

Had different treatments with Shy and Noreen. Both brilliant, experienced therapists. Shy is great with the aesthetics and Noreen with the more holistic treatments. Both are great at understanding and tailoring treatments to what you need.
