Please could you share feedback to Home Legal Direct, who referred me to you. They initially advised that the property search costs would be £300 when actually they turned out to be £400 which was unexpected.

We were constantly kept informed by Grace who made the whole experience run smoothly.

I used Hmd legal for the first time purchasing my property and they was spot on. Grace was amazing going above and beyond to help me through the process and her responses where second to none I couldn't have asked for more.

Although I was a little apprehensive as the entire journey is using an online portal, this was actually an excellent experience!
We were able to see where we were in the process at all times and if I did need to raise an urgent enquiry. Tia was super quick to respond.
I am moving out of my primary residence in the next few months and will definitely use HMD legal for this house sale and my onward purchase.

I used HMD Legal for the first time and they were very prompt with their responses and reassured me that we would complete within the 56 day time period needed to meet auction purchase requirements. Simay was the main point of contact and she kept us informed along with the daily digest which enabled me to view progress as well as upload document for all to see. I am sorry to say but there was a complete lack of communication from the firm and a feeling that we may have been stonewalled by the Receptionist as it appeared nothing was passed on. Having either left messages or spoken to the Receptionist on four occasions over a five day period, no-one got back to us and we had to continually call to attempt to make contact. At times, we needed to use our Estate Agent to get them to find out from OUR solicitors what was happening.

The communication was fast, clear, and professional throughout the entire process. I was always kept informed and felt confident in their hands. I highly recommend their services.

HMD lived up to their reputation of turning the conveyancing around quickly and without problems. They were reasonably priced and straightforward to deal with. Many thanks to the whole team.

I’ve recently purchased my first home. I knew of Hmd Legal through a family member and didn’t hesitate to use them.

The team were extremely thorough throughout and only ever professional. On an app called HOOWLA I was able to see a progression chart which was very helpful. It also tells you what the last time they worked your case was. I was never in any position of worry, every single thing was laid out and explained in depth.

As a first time buyer I found my whole experience a lot less stressful than I’ve heard of other friends.

I would do nothing but instantly recommend this firm for anything you need in this sector.
