HMG express is partner in crime..I ordered waterfilter on Costco then realised it was fake because amount was changed. Alerted bank of Scam. Tracked delivery complete 9am when it was 6 am. HMG courier's reply email failed as unknown address. So HMG courier is part of Scam.
Bank reimbursed money. Wish they had blocked payments when Alerted.

PS - HMG express. Their contact is by email only and that's.also failed to deliver.

All lies. Total scam. Watched the order from start to finish and item never arrived . Luckily I got my money back because of the bank. Do not trust this company.

It's a fake and misleading shipping service showing false delivery information

The tracking site is fake, nothing delivered, shipper doesn't respond. Site doesn't respond.

I lost only 30 usd but others lost more.

This is a fake tracking website. The information is fake - item never delivered - and there is no one you can contact to track the item/check.

This is a scam, tracking received to say item, 90kg boxing bag was delivered but it never arrived. I used the contact email address on their website only to find out they were fake, and funnily enough I couldn't contact the company I ordered it from, Boxingusplus.com either, it just repeats error, please try again.

I ordered an item from a resale site, a used bag, and it says delivered but I never received anything. I am reporting this as mail fraud to the FTC. It is a scam from China.

Thought I ordered a great deal on some Melin hats for Christmas and have waited a month and 1 day for them to arrive. Tracked all the tracking info as I was so excited for the hats to arrive. Seemed a little fishy it was coming from Hong Kong but hey, most of our products come from China.
Finally went to check my mailbox when it said it was delivered by USPS and NOTHING. Got another package I ordered from somewhere else and the usual mail. I don’t know how they were so on top of the transit of the fake package down to the exact time stamp of delivery.
I could not even contact a customer service rep because there is no phone number provided by the company and the email is not valid/ does not exist.
AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY

Total scam. My girlfriend was trying to order her mom some Kate spade items for Christmas cost her around $300 and nothing has arrived for a little over a week now. After looking into it myself I realized all the red flags there is almost no contact info on the email confirmation or the shipping details. What garbage!

Same as others have said. I got tracking updates every day for three weeks but the package never arrived. I was already suspicious as I ordered a used calculator from New Jersey and then started getting phony tracking from Hong Kong. This is a scam to delay your reporting or challenging the payment.

Fake tracking, fake site.

I lost $78 paying with Affirm No package, no contact info. Now I have to pay for falling victim to a scam. Don't make the same mistake.

Fake site. None of the links or email work. Tracking was provided but no shipment arrived/ Contact with the shipper or seller was not possible. I should have known better. Since I used Paypal, I got a refund.

This is a new edition of hmgarrive.com fake courier page. There is no real company behind this service and its only purpose is to make faked merchants look more real so they can continue to scam people.

This is a scam side. The tracking is a fake. Its used from the scam side with the name homegardenextras. The tracking isn't real.
I have never received the parcel which had been tracked. The company who send the parcel just got my money without sending anything but they use this tracking page which generates a new tracking information every second day, so you are entertained.
