LATE, POOR SERVICE, BAD COMMUNICATION,
FREIGHT ARRIVED TO CUSTOMER LATE, DELAYED TWICE. REPS WERE UNAPOLOGETIC AND LACKED COMMUNICATION SKILLS. AFTER TALKING WITH A REP WE DECIDED TO GIVE HNRY A TRY WITH A LOAD, A COMPLETE CATASTROPHE THAT COST US MONEY WITH NO RECONCILIATION FROM HNRY. THE TRUCK LOAD DIVISION FUNCTIONS JUST AS POORLY AS YRC, HOLLAND, AND THE REST OF THEIR DIVISIONS. WE WILL NOT BE USING HNRY AGAIN.

I still have not received a Proof of…
I still have not received a Proof of Delivery that I requested.
Driver was not able get on the military base because of background check. - i stated in the quote request that this was a military installation and proper ID required.

Josh worked with us every step of the way; this helped the transportation move smoothly. The delivery was made on time, even sooner than expected so another shout out to the truck driver for making the delivery on time in the challenging weather conditions.
