You would have gotten a much higher score if I would have gotten the ETA's on each shipment prior to the trucks showing up like I asked for... I wasn't able to plan my resources with the trucks just showing up without me knowing about it before hand.

Communication was a little sketchy at…
Communication was a little sketchy at first because of a third party and having to coordinate the pick up after crossing the Mexican border. In the end the shipment was picked up on time and actually delivered ahead of schedule! I was impressed! To my knowledge there was no damage.
I worked with Matt Todd throughout the whole sales process. He did a great job guiding me through the process and was easy to work with. Leland Hucke took it from there and followed through with the scheduled pick up.
