I've been a customer since the 1960's then in the high street. Now on-line I find their products good and reasonably priced. BUT I would prefer them not to say an item has been despatched before it's actually with the courier - then I'd know where the occasional delivery delay actually is.

Exactly as described. The only thing I would have preferred was an on/off switch. I use a socket on the floor and juggling the new plug out the red hot iron came whistling past my ear!
