I ordered a copy of the latest Warlord Games Crimean War supplement 'Into the Valley of Death' which was shown with the 'Trooper' model on HobbyWorkshop's website.
When the book arrived there was no model. Upon querying why it hadn't been sent I received an email saying '...they hadn't updated their website to remove the character'. Disappointing way to mislead customers.
I would suggest customers check what they will be receiving when ordering.

Some Warhammer pieces I received were missing some parts (well known for this set). I had already started assembling some of the minis, so a return and replacement was not possible, so they were able to send out the replacement parts in just a few days. Super!

I'd beware. Looking for a product I came accross this website which is identical to another one in every way even out of stock products.
Both different name and domains but same phone number.
I emailed and it bounced. I called and it rang off after many rings

Excellent company! Prices decent, customer support is absolutely perfect (my order was possessing for a day so got in contact and turns out the system but it on hold for a stock check. So the very kind Jamie took care of that issue and upgraded my order from 48hour to 24hour and to be sent out today when my order has been processed ready for posting.) Genuinely though a very good company to shop from, they don't have everything you might want but for what they got minus some small things it's a pretty good price and we'll worth checking out and giving a go. Will definitely recommend this company to everyone who is getting in the tabletop hobby.

Vallejo paint arrived open and completely dried up not sure how it wasnt noticed when packing the order as the outside of the bottle had paint on it aswell. Asked if a replacement or even store credit was possible and no response at all. Even though it's a bit pricier i will just stick to amazon in the future for paints

Pre-ordered items were cancelled due to lack of stock provided by the supplier.

Refund was sent quickly and I have no complaints about how they handled the situation.

Not fully their fault, but clearly not a great situation to be in.

Love the website and the service I receive whenever I order from there. Forgot to add some paints but had already placed an order. Contacted the team and they sorted it out so it was all delivered same day and under the same delivery charge so I want charged extra.

Ordered an expensive warhammer model, for a great price, on a Sunday. Arrived on Wednesday, well packed box and no damage to product. Opened the box to build the model on Thursday and noticed a missing piece. Emailed GW about it and was told to contact the seller. By 9am Friday morning, Hobby Workshop had confirmed shipping of the missing part with tracked 48 postage. Amazing service, and very quick response.

Ordered some Star Wars Unlimited items from Hobby Workshop as they had the lowest prices. Wasn't sure if it was scammers or genuine but saw there were loads of reviews on a different review site that I'd never heard of. I had no issues with my order, there was a slight delivery delay and I called the number listed for the company and spoke to someone really helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I had an issue with one item from four lost in post and Hobby Workshop replaced the item super fast which I didn't expect, Excellent service, products and prices so I will keep using. Order 2000172470

Like many model painters I use different paint providers and materials and used to shop around, but since I found Hobby Workshop that's all changed as they have everything you need and prices a great, service is also amazing. Recently used the pre order service for Solacu survivors (as too excited to wait) but didn't have to wait long and it dropped through the door. The delivery always quick and well packaged. The shop is only an hour from me and I looking forward to a visit soon.
