Hockey Fresh Avis 10

A scam! Of the two dryers I received, one worked only once, and the other was completely broken. This company offers no customer service and no refunds.

Shipped a month late, came in a busted up box and when I reached out asking for a refund (product was unused, not even out of the box and well within the 30 day return window) I have yet to get a response. I've emailed 10 times now and nothing. Save your money, this is a SCAM!

Device worked really well for 6 weeks until it stopped working due to overheating; like 99% of all their customers devices. This is probably the reason why they are trying to sell you 2 devices at once……:-))))) In hindsight the device is way overpriced - should be not more than$25. There is no chance whatsoever to get in contact with the company, get an exchange or claim your money back. Company not US based, but from China. If you wanna spend $60, enjoy dry and non smelly gloves for a couple of weeks go for it. Unfortunately the truth is DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING THIS PRODUCT - TOTAL WASTE.

I am sorry to report that the other reviews are accurate. We did receive our Hockey Fresh, and it worked for a few weekends. Shortly after the 30-day window, the product stopped working. When I turn it on, the motor gets extremely hot and no air or anything comes out through the drying arms. It was great for the few weekends it worked but unfortunately did not last, and the company does not back up the product or even respond to requests for assistance.

Scam company, you will not receive your product and will be ghosted by customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! We pay too much for hockey equipment as it is to get scammed. This product ships from China, and any reviews that you see about the product being great or actually receiving it are fake!

Company is a total scam. They say they are a US company but product is cheap plastic crap from China. Parts that appear to be metal in the ads are painted plastic. They do not give a US address or phone number. Only way to contact is email. Mine arrived late for Christmas and broken in the box. Have been getting the run around for 2 months with no resolution. Wish I had researched reviews first. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.

The company claims money back guarantee on their website however will not respond to provide a return shipping address to return the product. The product is cheap quality and is not effective at reducing odors. Buyer beware!

I wish I had read reviews on this product before ordering as I am still waiting for the hockey fresh glove drier to arrive. I ordered the special offer of 2 for the price of 1 on 28th December 2025 and I have attempted twice to cancel. Unfortunately the first time I contacted them my order was being processed for packing, and the second time it had being processed for delivery. I really don't think I'm going to receive them and even if I do I have read so many bad comments I think I will be putting them straight in the bin. Avoid at all costs I wish I had 😤

I ordered the Hockey Fresh Dryer and UV Light Bacteria killer as a Christmas gift to my kids to help with their hockey gloves smell. The dryer worked, but only worked twice. The third time I used it, the motor overheated. I let it sit for a day to cool off and it still will not turn back on. I contacted the company and they stated that "it has passed our 30-day policy window. Because of this, we’re not able to offer a replacement or refund at this time." On their website, they only refer to a refund policy, nothing about replacing a part that was defective and burned out. I would not recommend this to fellow hockey parent.
