I've worked with Hofy for a couple of…

I've worked with Hofy for a couple of years now and have been very impressed with the service. Laptop redistributions have almost all been seamless and they are always happy to accommodate last minute orders for any new joiners our company has. Any issue we have had has been swiftly resolved by Hofy support, who have been happy to troubleshoot issues directly with our employees when needed to offer an efficient solution. Throughout any issue we've had, support has always kept us updated with regular emails which is always useful in keeping our asset tracking up to date.
I'd highly recommend Hofy if you're looking for a laptop leasing provider.

Impressed by speed and service

Onboarding was starting in just over a week and I contacted Hofy support to let them know about my case. They went above and beyond and had my equipment delivered in 48 hours (way ahead of when I needed it for the first day in a new job). I was impressed by their efficiency and professional customer support.

Great Service and Vendor ability

Hofy has enable us to provide for our digitally remote workforce. They are a growing company and while we experienced some of their growing pains they have been able to work through them. I approached larger firms that were unable to achieve what Hofy has achieved. The support team has been fantastic and I always feel like a priority customer.

Convenient, Supportive, Reliable

We are a fully remote company of 300+ staff and use Hofy for all our remote home working set up. We have been a customer of Hofy for the last 2 years. Although I would consider them pricey I have to admit they are worth every penny as they take away the day-to-day running of our onboarding and off-boarding process. They are extremely efficient within all our 45 countries, have excellent communication and transparency, the platform is extremely user-friendly with consistent updates with new features. What I like about Hofy is they are always looking to improve to benefit their clients and our processes. The delivery time scale is 90% met and our customer service manager Danielle has been an absolute pleasure to work with, I would be totally lost without her. Nothing is too big or too small to ask. If anything needs repairing they are extremely fast with the updates and progress. The only downside to Hofy is the cancellation fee. I feel that is extremely high and unpalatable.

Horrible customer service & bad logistics

Horrible customer service. Wasted so much time between emails, calls, and waiting for the postman with them. They scheduled a DHL pickup at the wrong time/ date and had me waiting for hours in vain. They never apologize snd even dare to blame you for the delays. Wouldn’t recommend it. They really need to up their logistics game and improve by 1000% their customer service.

I have been able to track down what happened and review the situation.

Your company had instructed us to collect your company owned work equipment and our logistics team was in touch with you to organise the pick up.

I could see DHL had issues locating your address, they had tried to get in contact with you directly to get your complete address details, then to minimise further delays, frustration, and settle the matter for you, our logistics team and your company had provided you the alternative solution to drop off the package, which you declined at the time.
Then once DHL and Hofy received your complete address details, DHL was able to promptly collect the package.

I understand your frustration with the delays, especially as we strive for excellence across the entire company, I am profoundly sorry you feel we missed the mark here and wish you the best.

Alexander and Jack were awesome

Alexander and Jack were awesome, my job sent us a set up and got delayed because of my IDs and they did their best to avoid the shipping getting canceled, and follow through the whole thing. 5 stars are not enough for them.

Actually excellent

Actually excellent. I was initially reluctant about using a third party for device/tech support but any issues I've had have been addressed incredible quickly and efficiently. Tiernan in particular has been exceptionally knowledgeable and patient.

Best supplier for office lease - fast, hassle-free, superb customer service

Just wanted to share our experience with Hofy. Their platform is super easy to use, they offer the best selection of products and dispatch even to international countries is completely hassle-free and fast. I don't even know how they handle this so efficiently. Plus, customer support is lightning fast and one of the best ones I've seen. Really focussed on solving the issue always in the best interest of the client. This is beyond great!

Friendly, considerate and great equipment

The Hofy team is fantastic and offer really good support!

I moved house one day before I started my new job and the Hofy team helped me arrange everything, so that UPS would deliver all the equipment on that day specifically. Like that I was able to comfortably start in my new position.

In all they are very friendly, considerate and a supplier of great equipment.
