Appalling customer service, have not refunded or provided trainers!
Purchased two pairs of trainers but received the wrong item so returned. Hoka have advised they will not refund the incorrect order as it does not correspond to the order. I’ve advised I have returned what they sent me but they have said they cannot refund. They haven’t listed to the fact that I’ve returned what they sent. Neither have they delivered the correct item!
Wish I had read the review of their awful customer service as seems to be a common problem. Now understandable why they only have a 1.7 star rating.

I bought my Hoka oneone M Challanger ATR 7 few months ago costing me £140 in UK, and guess what, I have only been using they for casual wear to my office and they are already falling apart from the the top slipon section. I am really disappointed with the products , rest of the shoe is intact however the section mentioned has worned out quite quickly to my surprise. I wish I had bought some other company shoes and could have bought 2 pairs instead of one for the amount of money that I spent, I have pictures of it as well to prove. I strongly ask people to refrain from buying particular model.
Awful customer care
Spent a lot of money on a couple of pairs of their expensive trainers and had workmanship issues with both, tried lots of times to contact customer services but they just ignore me, terrible

I would not recommend Hoka walking boots. They are very expensive and not repairable, plus their customer service is very poor. I bought a pair of £200 boots that only lasted 3 years. My advice is to buy Solomon, a friend has had this brand for over 20 years!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I’ve had zero contact with them and despite trying multiple ways to contact them, I’ve received absolutely no response.
I recently visited the Hoka store in Covent Garden and spoke with a team member who was completely unhelpful. I then emailed customer support and received no reply. After that, I attempted to use their live chat service, but once again, no agent ever got back to me as promised.
I completed a 5km as part of a run club wearing my HOKA Bondi 9 shoes and experienced significant rubbing on the inside of both feet. After removing the shoes, I found a large extremely painful blood blister on one foot, and a smaller abrasion and blood blister on the other, as shown in the attached photo.
This was not an isolated incident. I have worn these shoes four to five times, and each time I experienced blistering in the same area. I initially thought this was part of breaking them in, but the issue continued and worsened, leading to this injury. After the run others in the run club came up to me asking what shoes I wore. After speaking to some people, they said blisters was a common fault with Hoka and they’ve known or had similar issues personally with them.

Do not use this company ! They have no customer service agents on,y AI assistant who just ends chat without helping you! Stay away from! I have been scammed as they will not confirm my return.

Abysmal customer service!
Ordered a pair of Hoka Anacapa mid shoes on the 8th January. Paid for next day delivery! Didn't arrive. No contact from DPD. Now on the 12th and still nothing. Attempted to contact Hoka through their Ai chat bot. This scenario obviously has not been used and it just says someone will be in contact with you in 3 days? They have my money but no feedback re delivery other than something has gone wrong and they will investigate. Are any humans working at their offices as it seems impossible to speak to someone. I like the Hoka products but the customer service aspect is atrocious. For a company with a good reputation for quality products they need to review the customer care aspect. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Delivery wasn't attempted. Then I was told it was at a collection point that I hadn't requested.
This was with DPD so not unexpected.
However, it is impossible to contact HoKa there is only an AI chat bot that doesn't understand the nuance of what I was asking.
Shocking service !!
Absolutely terrible service, ordered trainers online, paid for, when they arrived, correct invoice but completely wrong trainers in colour and size.
Nearly two weeks later still waiting for them to sort the problem and provide the correct trainers ! Absolutely shocking customer service

I recently placed an order for a pair of shoes in a size 3.5, realised that these were too small so I requested an exchange for the same size up. Instead of recieving an exchange I recieved an immediate refund. I reached out to customer service and spoke to Carla who was amazing. She gave me a discount code for the trouble and I placed a new order for the size up!
Excellent Customer Service
Excellent experience, I ordered a pair of Clifton 9, however I didn't like the fit, so decided to return them, I returned via Royal Mail tracked 24, return arrived on Friday the 7th of March 2025, refund issued next business day Monday the 10th of March, in my bank Wednesday the the 12th of March.

Absolutely awful, no customer service, I requested an exchange and sent shoes back they received return over a week again, haven't sent either my money back or another pair out, no communication, I emailed no response. I hope I get my money back but either way I will never use them again ever
Fraud in Hoka online purchases…
i ordered hoka sneakers 30 days ago from its uk official website but while making the payment it took me to the, homeited.com, website for payment deduction i made it on which i was being charged in Dollars as foreign currency which was shocking but didnt know whats going to happen in next few days. i received email of orderd placed but no product details and later i was told that the sneakers are coming from china and they are in transit via EMS csrrier. it took 30 days and later on after 30 days on status they said we have deliverd on my given address but in reality they did not deliver my sneakers i demanded proof of sign or picture but no reply from the company i dont know who booked it. i contacted Hoka official website but no response so far. i would like to advise all dont buy Hoka sneakers online. this was my terrible experience and i have mentioned to bank to put them in the fraud list.

Dreadful customer service!
Hi – I am now beyond frustrated.
I phone your customer service number and am told to either email or live chat. Emails are taking weeks to get replies to and live chat (even though I’m told to go there!) is ‘unavailable’! So – I’m left wondering what has happened?
I had an email exchange with you mid-October and you agreed I should return my Anacapa 2 low goretex shoes as their waterproofing has failed. I did so and have since provided you with proof of their delivery to your address on 30th October. I attach AGAIN!
I am still – nearly a month later on – none the wiser as to when I will either get a refund or receive my replacement pair.
I chose Hoka because of what I believed was a brilliant usp – exchange within 30 days even if worn – or within warranty. I’m feeling utterly shocked at just how bad the customer service has actually been… Woefully slow replies to emails (latest one I sent was 19th November and I’m still waiting to hear back), phone numbers where you can’t speak to anyone, with messages telling you to go to live chat – that’s not available!
Come on Hoka – this is doing you a dis-service. AND I’m now 6 weeks without a pair of shoes I wore several days a week!!!

Told not to chase them as subsequent emails from me would go to the back of the queue.

Terrible customer service
I ordered a pair of Clifton 9's in my usual UK size 5.5. They arrived quickly but were too small so I sent them back to exchange for a size 6. DPD confirmed they were delivered to Hoka on the 18/10/24, but nothing from Hoka. Stupidly, I ordered a paid of Arahi 7's, this time in a size 6 but again they are too small. It appears each style differs in the sizing. I will now have to return them but don't want to take a chance on another exchange. So far I have spent £260.00 with no trainers that fit. I wish I'd read the reviews before parting with my money.
