Pleasantly surprised.
I ordered a pair of black leather shoes from this company which arrived today. Ok they took two weeks to get to me from China but gladly (and contrary to some other reviews and experiences posted on here) they appear to be of good quality, are a great fit and very comfortable although the packaging could have been better. I found the communication with the support team was excellent.

I recently purchased 3 tubs of the waterproof solvent from Holdonmy at a cost of £23.99 including postage.i coated my outside concrete basin with the product, and allowed 24 hours for it to cure, I then filled it with water and within a couple of hours the water had almost completely gone. I contacted them as there 30 money back guarantee stated, if not satisfied a full money back would be refunded. But there response was to offer £12 of which I refused, thankfully I payed with PayPal so after them refusing my full refund I have got my money back.
Do not deal with this company.

In early August I purchased three ‘Quick Effect Coating Agent’ sprays for my car from Holdonmy.
The Facebook advert clearly showed the spray can as being 250/300ml in size.
When I received my parcel the three spray cans were 120ml in size which is a misrepresentation of what was shown on the advert.
I’ve been trying since then to get a refund which is being blocked by Holdonmy customer service team with repeated questions as well as ignoring my emails.
Looking at other customer complaints this is how this company functions although it says in its website refunds are guaranteed 🙄
DO NOT PURCHASE from this company!

I received the cordless vacuum which is faulty - the handle won't stay on, quality unsatisfactory. Asked for a refund and told too costly to return and suggest I give it as a gift to someone and offered me 20% discount voucher . Still looking for refund

Hello, I bought a cordless hover which is nothing like the advert,it's light and does not vacuum properly I have requested a return lable and all I get is a reply asking what is wrong with the product. Do nor buy from this company as it us rubbish . I finally got a refund of the amount but it took several emails to resolve

Bought some total car coating supposed to give a glass like finish.
Cost £23 for 3 bottles which in the photo look like 500ml - they are 120ml !!!!
Worst of all the product is total crap! Tried it on my wife's dark blue MX5 and it just left a smeary mess! Now I have to compound and wax the area to make it look right.

I ordered a short suit set, it arrived, material was not as advertised and the item was faulty. They refuse to answer after initial response, I’m now £29 down!
Despite the reply below, they don’t do everything to rectify the situation. My item was faulty and warranted a full refund. However, they make you ‘an offer’ of a refund. In my case £10, the £20. To get a full refund they wanted me to return the item at my cost, no free return. What do you think the chances would be of me then getting a full refund when they have the item.

Ordered a Shock Resistant as per original complaint. They sent. A replacement but the same model ie iPhone 15 instead of a iPhone 16 Pro! Then to add insult to injury their carrier EVRI then delivered the item to the wrong address so I have never seen or received this item. EVRI did not accept its their fault and they could not sort it out but, to contact the seller with my complaint. Do, both companies are absolutely useless and stay away from them.
